Yes its a cheap phone but i want card slot otherwise music player is useless with 10mb memory.. Else i will spend little more to buy a phone which has card slot..

Cool looking phone but with little features..
Atleast memory slot should have been there..
Music lovers will be dissappointed as it does not have card slot..


Having spend 10 to 15$ more one can buy nokia 3110 classic or SE w200i which has memory slot..

Center key is actually useless anyway. The left soft key and center key have the same function in most phones, so not necessary - except for maybe in some games. But in games keypad is used anyway so there.

I just got this phone it is really nice, however be warned most sites state it has an mp3 player, which it hasn't. And i have not been able to create my own ringtone from an mp3 file (which should be possible according to the SE site). If anyone knows how to copy an mp3 file to the phone please let me know

By far one of the worst phones I've worked with. Looks like a phone made from scraps.
Yes, a low end, but a very very low end, almost touching the bottom of "low-end"-ness.

P.S. It doesn't have a center key

just bought this the other day, so its released, atleast in here (finland).

looks and feels really sturdy. Has only the basic features I need from a phone. Excellent buy I'd say. Although the bad sides might come up later on, but it's all good for now.
Voted: 9 - 8 - 8
bought it for: 92€

ps. there was one minus: the ear speaker volume was very low when I bought it, had to read the manual to get it higher (just press up or down during a call to adjust it)

Well I've just found out that it really is made of metal even if it's just a low end phone.. The low end netal phones SE has right now are T250, T250i, T270 and T280 to name some..

The phone isn't of metal construction although it looks so. You can't expect metal being used in these mass market phones.

They should never ever try to cancel this amazing phone for the mass market, I'm definitely gonna buy it!!! It has everything that you need in a cellphone without those ostentatious extras!!!!!! Plus, it's metal... So anyone there who's bought the phone, please tell so I can confirm if it's already out. Thanks!!

Much better than nokia 2626,would be best in its range, keep it up sony one day you would be on the top in the mobile world.

sony ericson makes the coolest low end
thy the only make that uses metel on ther low end phones
and thay are beter then samsung and nokia

what ugliest phone youv'e ever seen and are you blind and did you look at the new NOKIA low end phone today it's more ugly looking than SE low phones not like this phone SE T280 low end phone it's much prettier than NOKIA low end phones...

another low-end phone from SE.. I don't mind the specs, but i really like the design!!

I very luxurious, and stylish! U won't recognize it as low-end if u just look at its appeareance...

:)hope the price not over budget for my kid.. quite nice plus not an additional features, which is not scary for me. haha, my kid will not browse with no reason.. wahahahha
