This fone is REALLY good!! i just perchused it today and i have fallen in love with it. Its a very good looking fone and very lite. I also got a free FM radio/handsfree headset with the fone!!!! I recomend this fone to everyone.

Does anyone know how to download the pictures you take with the camera in the t290a to the PC? I heard it can't be done... Is that true?

ha i have buyed t290i but i didnt get the thing which connects it to computer and my older brother have p800 and he have the connecter ,so how will i be able to connect to the PC????????

to get the most out of battery power first time whenever u use this phone charge it for 2 hours and then completely discharge it (completety ok)and then after three or four days charge it again 2 hours now you will see the battery power and after wards do not charge it more than 1 hour and 40 minutes 1:40 maximum charging........

Battery - 2 days is not good..remember it takes 3-4 charges b4 the battery gets 100%, or maybe u didn't charge it & discharge it enough the 1st few charges and now it has a memory ?? I usually get 5-7 days out of a charge.
U cannot upload files from your phone to your PC with the T290. That includes pics, phonebook entries,games,notes,voice memos etc. A K300i or better will do it coz they support OBEX which allows 4 2way communication.

I just got a T290i, but the battery goes down too fast, it last abou 2 days and I just make about 10 min call per day. Does anybody have that problem?

Any one who wants to purchase a mobile phone i myself recommend t290 is the best with all basic needs not only basics but advanced also, and its quite cheap.The battery power is very good works for approximately five days. At last good phone for good personalities.

Get a SE data cable off ebay - mine can charge your phone at the same time too. It's USB but uses serial com port drivers so with a T230/290 can only connect at 9600bps so it's really slow. But it works fine, and with Float's Mobile Agent can download ringtones, games, even send sms's from your PC. However, it cannot upload files.
Do you know you can also convert mp3's to amr format and upload these to your phone...much better than polyphonic.
