Can i use T290 as a modem. Can I attach it to my PC & have online internet on my PC with a GPRS enabled SIM in my t290.Can anyone help please.

Last week I purchased SE T290i in bangalore for Rs:3450/-. It is a good phone with good set of features. The Data cable cost u around Rs.850/- and FM will cost u around Rs,1450/-.
But the problem I am facing is its battery backup is very low(Maximum one and a half day). (I am not using the phone for long conversation or I wont play games).
Is any body knows how to get the maximum battery life.
Please help me.

My cousin bought this phone 2 weeks ago, and I have been toying with it for about 15 minutes, I tell u the following:
Good Points:
------------
1. Small size
2. Nice design & colors
3. Low price
4. Loud tones
5. Nice game shakes
Bad Points:
-----------
1. Very slow software; the slowest I've ever seen in many mobile phones.
2. Bad quality screen, specially when playing games, it seems cloudy.
3. Often hangs when u lose in a game.
4. Recording feature is of the poorest quality.
I didn't test the phone during a call nor did I test other features, but in general I'd recommend u to spend few more pounds and get Nokia 3100 instead.

Personally used this cell . hangs alot and its software is SLOW. Display is also not good.J20oi is far better then t290.

Hey, I have a t290a and I'm liking it so far. I just have a few questions.
How do I delete dictionary entries?
What kind of options do I have if I get a USB cable? Could I change wallpapers?

I got this phone 2 day earlier, every thing is ok as compare to its price, but i must say they must use a keypad style like in nokia 1100, which will enhance user typing performance. i am planing to try its camera & synthronizer (alt to data cable). can someone give me any idea how much its camera cost me?

I am from Guatemala and I have a t290a, It's a good phone, a thing that I like of this phone is the automatic keylock and another things. The only that I hate, is the dust that enter to the screen and the screen looks old. But in short words is economic and smart phone.

T290i is a marvalus phone and it is too much echonomicall than all . and purchase it in Pakistan.. only in 3900/= rupees.. it is fantastic phone

I purchased SE T290i, yesterday in bangalore.
I purchased a USB data cable, DCU-11.
