Had this phone for two yers now ... The best thing that this phone has is the battery , after 2 yars it still lasts for a week without talking too much . The screen is also "great" if you think that it's sometimes better than other models with 4.096 colors . Althow i't kind of big i'ts one of the best choises for the range of price !!!

The best advantage of this phone over comparable models by other mfrs is the infrared port. With the infrared port I easily transfer names and phone numbers to and from my Palm PDA. Saves a heck of a lot of data entry.

We have 3 of these in the family for 2 years now. Mine is the oldest and it was somewhat slower than the others so I had its software updated to the newest version for free (within warranty time) and since than it's perfect (not that there was any serious problem anyway).

All in all it's a great phone. None of us have ever had a problem with it. The battery lasts for days depending on the usage; the screen is ok, the sound quality is good.

From the 3 people (including me) who have one in the family:
1 will keep it as long as it works while two of us are going to go for a K750 / W800 later this year or keep it until (affordable) 3G arrives (another year, year and a half in our country).

To the previously mentioned concernes:

I would advise those who had a problem to have the firmware updated at their local SE affiliate. Of course the screen "is a joke" now, but back then it was (one of) the first mid-range phones to have a color display!

I had 2 of this, so sad both were stolen, The display was a joke, but i mean 3 years ago it was really good, the device was cute and handy, If you can't pay lots of money, get this one, you can for less than $99, It's yout choice. Good luck and enjoy.

I have this phone, and the batteri last 5 days. Thats not a joke, stop writing BS.

I realy love this phone, it have been mine now in 2 years, and nothng is changed and it works still wery nice.
only problem is that its no adress book when I want to send mms, so I need to remember the numbers.:P

I have ordered an Mitsubishi M800 now, so I am not going to use this phone annymore.
It will be somewhat sad, because I realy like it.:)

classic mobile have all the option but main problem is with a bit low resolution and the colour.. increasing ringing is main problem to hear a urgent call but a good mobile.. go for it once

shitty shitty shitty mobile phone!!!!! hate it soo much. Slow, keys dont work half the times, bad screen, turns off when speaking (and battery is full), loses sms, it does NOT tell you the time a call came in if it's not the same day!!! god, SO BAD, NEVER EVER BUY IT, HATE IT SO MUCH THAT WHEN IT RINGS I GET MAD WITH THE PERSON WHO CALLED. Love nokia.

The screen is bad, the baterry is a joke, it is slow like a snail. Think well before you get it. I had mine for 1 week and it was a hell. better not to remember.

some of accessories is used for T310 but not for T300. is there a big differences with these phones

I'v had mine for six months now. A peace of shit I think. Very slowly responding phone...Not good. No wonder all the stores were getting rid of these. Samsung here I come...

a great phone but has limited adorness you love it at first but over a period of time get tired of. Still if you want a first time phone get this cause it was mines and gave me a great step into the world of mobile phones.

hi a mate has had problems with this phone and asked me if i could sort it out. i have looked at it and sorted some things out but i am still having problems sending data through infrared although i can receive them and is it possible to use recorded sounds as ringtones??
