Another fashion phone from SE. Why don't they learn on Moto's mistakes. W902 is so 2007, C905 too, except for 8mpix. And it is inferior to old N95 in almost all departments. And now this. T700 is even inferior to T650i. And that UI, almost unchanged since K750i days. Even if it is superior to S40, i would never buy a 400+$ dumb phone with that UI. Dick, clean that mess ASAP! God bless Nokia for SF!

SonyEricsson should learn something from Nokia...Nokia made all function in one...Like N73 for instance...They made this fone in 2006...but the sale is still going strong...Why? Because they made a phone that have good music,good imaging etc in one device...SE made Walkman series,Cybershot series etc...Come on SE...You can do better than this...
Samsung is another strong competitor...with INNOV8 is coming...Cant wait for this...Do something...or you will end like Motorola...Peace!

This apparently very well built device should provide solid sales for Sony Ericsson. This is as long as it is not priced too highly given its technical similarities to the K660i and the W890i, which at the time of the T700's launch will be extremely attractive and more affordable options. And in the background to all these new product launches the question in many people's minds, going into 2009, is does Sony Ericsson wish to become more of a high and mid range manufacturer or offer a wider product portfolio on the global market? Given that it is removing 15% of its workforce it is difficult to know how it can do the latter. Times are changing.

amazing desingns and intresting menus.
I mean i own a nokia but its so boring.....

If only this phone had auto-focus in it then I will include it in my short list. Come on Sony Ericsson put auto-focus on your cameras. The rest of the specifications are great! And Even the design looks fresh.

Iddentical hardware to W890. Too bad camera has no-focus. But the looks are super. Very beautiful phone and slim.

not bad for me either but at least they should've boosted the camera to 5megapixels since C902 which is also 10mm thin can accomodate that 5mp camera module. and add at least GPS on it and this will be a real remake of the T610 :)
