I upgraded to the V640i from this phone 6 months ago. It is now not charging. My V600, that I bought 2 years ago, is still going without any problems!

im having the same problem witv u! god damn it!! u know this was my second time repairing this phone. one i fix it, it will only can survive within 3 months. after that it will start the problem again.
i got fade up wiv this situation.
do you know how to solve this problem?..or if u have fix ur hand phone what are the workmanship (repairing agent) said ?

It's a great phone. No probs except the camera pics are a litle fuzzy. Considering upgrading to a W910.

for its age a pretty good phone...cant complain at all...very resistant to being dropped, but it does go off randomly, not too often thou

Normally the LCD on any phone is the most expensive thing to replace or fix. So if your phone is a few years old, then it might be cheaper just to buy a new cell phone.
(You can always take it to a place that fixes phones & they should be able to tell you a price b4 they fix it)
I have this phone & think its a pretty good phone, for being pretty old. I mean compared to all the new phones out, this phones is missing alot. Like memory, better camera ect... But this phone does the job. I have had it for over 2 years & it is still work like the 1st day I got it - so I can't complain. The lay & everything on this phone is really easy & I like using this phone. But I'm waiting for it to die, so that it will give me a good reason to buy a new phone :-)
@ the dude from South Africa. They do not make or sell this phone anymore. If they just came out in S.A. this year, then it would be all end of the line products. When I got this phone around 2 years ago, it was end of the here - 2 years ago.

Have been using the SE V600 (Vodafone) for a few years now, the issue is the phone was recently dropped on the floor and obviously the display got damaged - is there any way I can get a replacement for the damaged LCD anywhere in the UK. Or would it be just practical/cheaper to go for a new phone? TIA.

I got Sony Ericsson V600i and I'm getting problem while dialing up via blue tooth connection, it always gives me error that Modem already in use. Even with the USB cable, I'm unable to connect to the internet. However, wap browsing works absolutely fine over the handset. It means the GPRS settings are fine. Can anybody can help me in resolving this issue. Did anyone encounter the same issue with this phone?

Reflash back the phone firmware will solve your pc connnection issue.

Have you try to upload a new camera driver. Seem like the driver is corrupted or might be cause by camera ribbon (most common problem with SE phone).

I have been using this phone for almost 2years now and there's no problem with the phone, except my phone-computer connections. It can no longer be recognised by my laptop, but i dont have much use for that either. The only down side to the phone is the available memory, too small and it doesn't have any card slot for increments!

lasted me 2 good years before it broke. A hard wearing phone and i can't say i regretted buying it. Only down side is that after a while its uglyness starts to annoy.

Hi everybody out there. Need some info here please.. Is there a v600i out on the market? It has just been released here in South Africa as new. It probably has been around elsewhere for a long time, but most the phone companies do a second launch of a old product on our shores. We always get the left-overs of products that dont sell on the overseas markets. It sucks.

isnt ther a code dat you can upgrade da memory ?
like with the motorola you have a code dat you can increase da memory to quite a big number..

it's ok, not bad, the pictures are not clear, the volume is not loud enough. however, it has many other interesting feutures.

The phone is off the hook.I was suprised this other time to discover that it can be used as a remote for pc(computer navigation) and a remote for media player.other than that the phone has it all and as for me nothing can beat it for class and quality.
