duz anyboby no if u can use the front camera 2 take self portraits etc. mine dosent seem to have the option of an internal veiw.

Got the phone just 4 days now. It smells like a burnt pc board. Is this right or is it burning in? It said fully charged on first charge. Anyone else experience this??

I have a sony ericsson f500i and the joystick suks. I am thinking of upgrading to this phone, but i am wonderin if it's joystick has the same problems. Anyone pissed with it?

I bought it 1 month ago. It always hang & need to restart again. When using as a modem while surfing internet, the speed sometimes very slow even in the 3G coverage. I bought another SE K608i. With all the same setting, the K608i performed well but the V600 still the same problem. Anyone know how to fix it?

Hi all. Just purchased the SE v600i ( from nz) but having problems with volume. I can't hear when i'm ringing out & when people ring me i can't here them. Does anyone know how to fix this.

This is a great phone! I don't think anyone here could find a 3G phone at the price its sold in my country. So it doesn't have a memory card, so what? It probably the end of the world for your kids, junked on MP3s. My use for it extends to even monitoring my office staff! And I am buying everyone in the office one each!
If you operate with a lot of data, like me, just get a bluetooth unit for your pc and download your data. In my business, I have to take pictures. Lots of em. I use my laptop and a bluetooth adapter to transfer the files. Furthermore, I could even email the pic if I feel like it.

I am so happy with a phone! This phone is GREAT! The screen is really big, very clear and the colours are awesome. The menu is easy to operate and the sound is loud and clear. Very happy that it also came with a hands free kit and USB cable!

i hav ad the v600 for ages, the screen is really durable, i still hav no scratches, the vid editor is fab,pic quality depite being lower spec than most is really good,i will get another one as soon as this one goes, the only thing i can find fault with is the charger,its very tempromental,but does charge,once harged lasts ages,i should know,i play monopoly on it at wrk for the whole 12 hour shift! lol

I'm looking at getting a new phone (either V600 or Z550i) and noticed someone said this phone doesn't display when you have a missed call - is this true? What other functions does this phone not do? I'm really interested in buying it and am just wondering, thanks! :)

I bought this mobile a year ago and now its not working, I thought it was the battery,not, just the actual mobile has a fault. Yes, memory is not enough there and the camera lens is a hassle too.
Can this be fixed?

im a die hard for on SE,having k700i,k750i,k600i and v600i,giving me satisfaction. V600i as the other SE phone,has good quality of sound.overall the function is up to date except no memory card.but,it's still hella good phone,having 3G,mp3tones,and mp3 msg alert.i wonder why someone said in the comment,v600 has no mp3 msg alert.it's quite obvious you can change it.and i can tranfer more than 1mb file using PC suite.wonder how they said they cant.
7.5/10 for this phone.

this is a terific phone,though the critics could say something obout the space and that too plastic phase,but overall, if you want value for money,this is it
mine is not even a month old and im in love with it, but i have one problem,its with the PC suite (it sucks) and that it cant transfer files when your down to 1mb on the phone. buy it if you are a loyal suppoter

I have had this phone for 3 months, i think its a smashing phone, but i too, like ST have had the problem with it freezing, it also turns itself off, clearly a defect with the phone, but i find it odd that others have had the same problem.

I recently bought this phone - its extremely good value for money, the camera is decent, and it is easy to use - and is well designed. There are NO PROBLEMS with the sound quality - it is VERY clear and loud (just need to setup the voulme to high - this is a one off thing). The only setback is no memory card, but then again, if you just need the memory to take videos and photos, and probably have an mp3 ringtone, plus 3g features , web browsing, this is the phone for you!!! Trust me, It's worth it.

ST, you obviously got a defective product. My phone works great,i have it for almost 9 months now and so far it never freezed,NOT ONCE! It falls down very often,with me or without me and nothing happened. So your4 problem is not sonyericsson than bad luck.

i hate this phone. it constantly freezes and you can't add mem. card. what is the point of having a media player if it can't even hold more than 2 mp3 songs? as well, you can't check how long each phone call was and it doesn't remind you that you have a missed call. i don't think i'll ever purchase another sony ericsson after this. i'm trying to get rid of it but no one wants it because it's so bad. the buttons are also so close together that it's hard to text, and the little camera flip thing isn't very efficient. if you put it in your bag, it will unknowingly flip ON, and waste the battery because the camera turns on and the lens gets all scratched up. the only thing good about this phone is decent reception and a long lasting battery. but the features are absolute garbage. don't waste of money like i did.
