I searched for solutions on the web till i learned how to "flash" my phone (means to install its software)
Plz flash it only if you know wat u are doing or you may lose your phone
If you can not, send it to service center

owned this for 3 years, great phone. nice functions, quick interface and camera. works great, loud sound. dropped it a million times, never any problems. even went swimming a couple of times with it still in my pocket accidentaly, no problem for this phone. best phone ive ever had.

this is a brill fone da best fne i eva had water resistant if u drop it in water and it duznt work try it a few months l8a and it prob will work!! brill fone completely dependable if it says no netw coverage jst go 2 settings, den 2 connectivity and go 2 mobile netowkrs new search and it shud work. anyway brill fone 5 stars!!

the phone is very good (awesome) but the phone memomry isnt 10mb is 16mb or some more. and that phone dont have aac format at the songs

its says u can only use up to a 2gb m2 card but ive got a 4gb in mine and it works fine.
