Then if you are more for the simple and cool phones buy yourslef a Nokia, for an example Nokia 6120c It's a pretty cheap phone and It's great too!

how much does the battery last if i listen to music nonstop? (v640)cuz i want to bay one...

It's great phone, I had also a V630 and now I have V640.
Both are great phones, because they are not expensive and you get almost everything. V630 & V640 are very similar so you won't mistake by taking the older one.

noooooooooooo,most of your comments are not correct, i got this phone , i have a great experiance in using mobaile phones, realy it is very good, camera, options, high voice,good looking, cheap ,and easy internet, i am consedaring my self lucky to have this phone.

I've started using Ericssons when the first models were released. Those were almost like bricks you could talk to people with. The brand has more or less stuck with me and i've been very happy with the phones of this brand.

Now my better half has this model. I've gotten the newer G502 and i can make a slight comparison. While both are great, G502 has a slightly better screen resolution, finer text and longer standby time. This model, V640 is also cool to have - unless you don't want to constantly connect to internet; the right softkey is hardwired to internet connection and you can't change the shortcut. That's the only major weakness of the phone. If any of the makers read this, you might consider a better softkey adaptibility; not all want to surf the internet and most of us like to have customised shortcuts. I was lucky, G502 has a different softkey configuration and just accesses the phonebook menu. Overall, V640 is a solid, good and reliable product.

My phone displayed 'charging error'while charging, then after plugging it in again, wouldnt charge, tho it looked like it was [with the batt indicator flashing]. Luckily it does charge thru the USB cable. Its only 6 months old! Any advice?

so gooooooood with me i love sony ericsson so much but im asking about the hsdpa is that service the one that enables me to connect my phone with acomputer and set up se pc suite and open internet from th computer? please some on answer me plenty!
