i actually....was in a need of an i-pod and mobile....then....i was thinking....y cant it both come in one...that time...my frnds..suggested...to buy tis phone....tis se w200i....rocksssssssss.....

hi, could someone plz comment if the sound of W200 is comparable to W810 vis a vis.. the earphones..ie. HPM-70 VS HPM 64...Which one sounds good?

Its cool and i love it!
I bought 2gb of m2 for it and its so worthit, i just said goodbye to my ipod nano. I use its walkman while working out and bought an arm strap with pocket for my convenience.
Downside: batt. life is too short, i charge it almost everyday, lcd light doesn't turn off when headset is used for calls. But then, i didnt expect it to have sharp colors etc., all i need is its walkman! its too cheap thats why i got it right away

this is a nice phone , got everything i need , bluetooth is not important to me .Bravo to sony ericsson .

Im a W200 owner and i think what needs to be improved. The Camera- wtf. Its So bad but i dont use it. the screen colours.65k??? would be better if 16m. And if there was a flash on the camera, i would be satisfied.the sound for the music player is a lot, lot louder than my k800i. I bought this phone because k800i is too quiet but the camera is outstanding.

To use Voice Control,
Set up the settings in MENU>SETTINGS>GENERAL SETTINGS>VOICE CONTROL.
Activate it and record the desired names.
Then attach your handsfree. Then press the button for around a second. Then the phone will tell you what to do...
If no reaction after pressing button, remove handsfree, gently clean the gold contacts (attachment area), and try again...
Also, BUGGGER (down below) has stated a bug that is also present with my phone. Am I correct in saying that the phone you bought is from Indonesia (or the South-East Asian area)?

hey the sony ericsson w200 is an awesome fone i had it for a week now and all the features are rockin (excluding the camera is a bit crudy an d the fact that there isnt any blutooth)but once u hear the clarity of the fone u'll totally forget it dosent have bluetooth...and no it dosent stands up to the k750i...am an SE fan i have 5 fones for them the w700 w600 k750 the w200 and thew810 yea i luv the walkman fones...!SONY ERICSSON rules..!

theres a bug with the walkman player. sometimes when u play, the song wont play at all but the playtime will still move. u have to stop it and then press play again. sometimes it will also make a very funny sound when u press play..
