After having this phone for the last two years these are the pros and cons:
Cons:
- Low low low message memory
- Seriously BAD speaker quality
- Dropped signals
- Very low volume ringtone
- Pathetic messaging client. (I've lost hours of my life attempting to text on this.)
- Battery lif.... (phone off)
- Sound quality within calls. (Sounds like talking into one of those string and can phones you make as a child.)

Pros:
- The elation that you feel after your contract expires and you can finally chuck the PoS into the bin.

how to choose the correct battery for this phone?

How do you convert a video file so that it can be saved on this handset? I tried a video converter software but all files that I converted and saved on this phone give an error prompt "file not supported" anybody knows a remedy for this? the file was converted for 3gp format before it was saved on this unit.tnx

overall its a bad phone, the speaker sound is damed low, i even cant hear phonecalls at home, almost mute at streets, i was fucked up by missing phonecalls from friends since use it. it often freezes and restarts automatically, ruined my texting, the repair cant fix it. good thing is the internal walkman with nice quality of music playback, now i use it as a music player.

it's beutiful i can just tell it's great.
but i've problems with internet & games i can use it.

I love the product of sony. They produce great product but this w302 model is pathetic. It has many drawbacks than features. It's useless.

how can i upload photos in facebook coz my phone is not giving me option to select a folder? I cannot save a photo from facebook coz it keeps telling me (cannot be write) what can i do? How can i update my firmware?

Specs are really great and if your using the camera in daylight its so clear when you uploaded.. though that the speaker is poor its really great! -

Used this phone for 2 years. Was rather disappointed. I replaced it with a Samsung Punch 322. I still kept the 302 but plan to sell it ASAP.

Am using this phone for last two years.This phone really sucks!! The battery backup is hardly an hour. You cannot talk continuously for more than half an hour if ur phone is 2years old. It doesnt support any application and themes. The sound is awful. Video quality is miserable.
In a nut shell this phone is a blunder.

Whenever I take a picture at night it goes greenish(after capturing).But it is ok when I take pic under light.I dont know why it is happening.Can anybody help me???
