Great display & cols.
Good battery. Nice WEB browsing experience. Excellent sound.
Not so ergonomics. Bad buttons.

I got this phone and was soooo happy but in 5 month the phone started falling apart

I've bought my phone a year ago and set a security pin code which I cannot remember. How can I either reset or create a new security code if I need to insert a new sim card

one hardy phone indeed. had mine dropped, thrown and fall down the stairs yet it still works like it should... except for the switch in the flip which broke when i had the shell replaced. the preamp or amp going to the headphones is distorted when going full blast but what the hell... just got mine for a song.

I owned my W350i, flame, for two and a hlaf years. in that time, I ran ou space on her once, and i had downloaded videos, songs and pictures for africa. She sometimes got stuck with charging, towards the end, poor dear, but she was a hardy little animal. I accidently dropped her in the arena at my stables one show, right behind jump number four. a large warmblood cleared the one meter fence and LANDED ON MY PHONE! Flame still worked perfectly, and had on scratch above her camera. that was it! the W350i is a hardy, incredible phone, and i know people say the flip thingy breaks so easily, but Flame was 2 1/2, and hers still worked perfect. i was going to retire this christmas, and keep her purely as a music phone, but she got stolen, so narf to that idea. but if you treat yours right, it will go all the wa and beyond.

i have this phone over a year now... the software is great, except for the a2dp in the bluetooth doesnt work, the video cam is missing...

the shell is poor meaning it is very very very fragile. my front flip door broke out, the chrome colour started to rub out (i had the ice blue and chrome), the clips on the extremely thin battery cover started to break out, the number keys started to crack and peal out, the strip above the screen peeled off, all my walkman signs fell out. PPLS.. DONT USE GLUE ON THIS PHONE AND TRY TO STICK BACK THE PARTS... THE PLASTIC MELTS =(

hmm. i like this phone especially the design. its very portable. don't care wether it lacks video recording or wateva, just love it warts and all...

you could go to 4shared.com and in the search menu type 176x220.jar then search. before downloading it will say file not supported but download anyways. then install once download is complete.
