what a nostalgia..i used to loves using this hp once..about 4months..but i've sell the hp already to buy my nokia E63 2months ago..i just wan to say,this hp is so useful..

I'm experiencing a problem with the keypad, quite often when I press any key the 3rd letter on the key is selected upon the 1st press. Can anyone offer a permanent solution to this? Restarting seems to help temporarily.

i have used this model for 1year but it does not have any damage.. bettery and all the functions are max...
my phone always fall... but t does not break...
i really like this.. and this is very cheap..

este celular es una cagada para fallando el flex se rompe al abrir la tapita la carcasas se rompe se cuelga se desuelda el conector de carga no prende se cuelga la pantalla se pone azul la pantalla externa se quema aparte el control de gestos es una porqueria y la bulla del parlante es una mierda yo no te lo resivo ni regalado no lo compren

I had this phone last year and i had it repaired twice...this one is okay...i only like it because purple is my favorite color...lol:))

I bought the w380 7mths. ago, problems: powers down on it's own,so i lose calls, can't hear when phone rings, even though volume is at it's loudest, battery runs out of charge very quickly. It's such a pretty phone, but that's it, I'm soooo disappointed.

this phone sucks.its display strip on the front stopped working after 2 weeks.its keypad isnt great too.had alot of problem selling it.

worst phone out there.
i've had it for a year and i've already had to change the keys. Here are all the reasons why this phone sucks:
1. eventually the keys will stop responding and you will have to press them right in the middle (many times) just for it to respond
2. the battery is horrible! Yesterday I used my phone three times - twice to turn off the alarm and once to take a call...by the end of the day the battery was in red. I had charged it full the night before.
3.It's camera sucks. Horrible pictures.
4. It's an older version than other phones.
DO NOT BUY PHONE! [no matter how "nice" it looks on the outside].

Just wanted to say that this phone is good (7/10). I had it for two years and NOTHING went wrong with it. It just depends upon how you use it.
To be frank, I've dropped it a lot of times and it never gave up on me.
I'm a music freak and I play my songs on full volume and the speakers have not even cracked.
So, if this was an option you were thinking of getting, well, I suggest you buy it mate.
