I bought it last month [I'm brazilian] and I liked it very much. I had the w200i before, and, except for the fact that the walkman speaker volume IS low, it is a perfect phone for that price.

hi i just bought it and is a good phone with a good price. but i did not know that it didnīt have video record til i bought it, and the mp3 speaker is not so loud than i spected for a wallkman sony ericsson, the gesture control is ok is cool but it only torn off the sound of an incoming call...:S what is that so handie? it would be better if you can send the call to your voice mail, that would be more cool!

The volume on the speaker is too low, had to take it to the service center,got no solution. for a walkmanphone, this was dissapointing, even the w200i is better than this.

........no good 2 use it! screen 2 small......better buy w910i! no video record..auto focus....but price still ok! RM700-RM800..em...."yi fen qian yi fen huo!

for all with questions about video on W380:
the phone can not record the video but the phone will play video - just make sure it's a 3GP format with the sound encoded in AMR (for example video received in a MMS or recorded with a sony ericsson k608i)

i just bought this fone a week a ago..then i'm not satisfied with the camera, it is 1.3 megapixel, but when i took a picture then the image is very dark, sumtimes blurred...but i like the gestures control and the easy-touch music control...

Yes it can play videos. It has a video player and i play some of my 3gp vids and the demo tour vid (with176x220 frame size). But vids with higher frame size it only plays the sound. Great budget feature phone.
