You people suck at taking care of your phones.
I've had it for 1.5 years and it works almost like new.
The keyboard isn't working very well because of usage, and the hands-free connector is pretty faked up, but it's a good phone, I like it

it just got up and quit, so i went too get a new
battery but, the city i live in did not have one.
enter the million dollar question ? you said maybe

This phone is the coolest phone i ever seen in my life.. i want it because its good for listening music.. very stylish....... for me, "no cons"

Yeah Gud noon dear please i got a little problem withmy phone w380i the problem is dat few weeks ago my phone stopped vibrating and i want to know what to do in ord er to put that problem to a stop pls.

This is the best mobile and the functions r also very easy to use.It is a luxury type of mobile and it looks lyk luxury

Do Not Buy That Phone, whatever happens it SUCKS, it has lots of manfacturing problems.... It's A Mobile Disaster, Not a Mobile Phone... I Got one, I started to experience troubles within 12 days, the gave me a new one, the new one went to warranty four times up until now, It doesn't recharge or gives any shit when it's connected to the USB.. and so on... i finally called the management to give me a different phone... It gave me 7 terrible months of usage... DO NOT BUY I
P.S.: I met 2 different people who bought it and they face lots of other manfacturing problems... DO NOT BUYYYY

hi i have been using these phone initially it gave me problems cos of virus but after using the master reset it was corrected. i love the phone so much cos of the cool color the slimness and the fact that the cover is intact unlike the K700i i once used. my problem right now is that the phone just suddenly switched off. i ve been given some tips which am going to try out.

Dont buy this phone, this phone has problems. I had to send my back to the manufacturers because sound went off just after 1 month of purchase!

actually i want to buy this phone but when i read all your opinion i refuse to.. i buy others phones..but dont know what phones to buy..but this phones the design are so nice.. but i dont know whether to buy this phones or not..

trust me , WORSE PHONE EVER .
ive had it only for a year
and first month , the front screen stopped working.
its not very durable because with all my other SE phones id text in the rain and rain would go on the screen but it`d be fine , this thing the key pad is so bad now i hate texting because of that
you drop it , its a goner , well for mine soon to be
ive dropped if 2 times
the flip has a HUGE crack ,
my camera is cracked
theres several cracks all over the phone .

I really do like the phone but the screen shows no display now and it's less than 12months and whats sad is the dealer refuses to fix it because they say it has physical damage so apparently there are some really tiny cracks along the sides of the screen that have gone unnoticed. Why should this void my warranty?

I haven't really ran into too much problems with this phone, I've had it for almost 2 years and its working pretty well for me. Only thing I really didn't like is the speaker, it only plays one side (idk how to explain it but certain songs it sounds different from R and L speaker)and this phone only plays one side. Another issue is the camera I really don't like the picture quality.
