i just used it for 6 months after i bought it. after that kinda short time and repaired it to the service center three times, the phone was totally stop working.

i was used this phone for 1year..there r no problem with it..it battery also can stay until 3 or 4 days if i didn't use it..

dont buy this phone.. after one month using it, the speaker sound become low..i dont know why..
i had brought to warranty service 2 times already..
after that, the phone sound become ok.
but, after using this phone - flip on and off, the front panel display broke.. what the matter with this phone..?
and then, it takes a while to turn on the phone..
ps dont buy this phone

It's okay if youre looking for a simple phone.

i love this phone vry much..
it's design n features r quite unique..
i m nt sure bout u all..

I bought a w380 almost 2 years ago. I've been disappointed by this device because:
1. the case is quite sharp to the corners and can hurt your ears when talking on the phone
2. it has a very bad software, I brought it to the service 3 times, even after that and all possible updates it still failed to work and they needed to change it in total
3. the new phone has now a problem at the charging socket, the phone doesn't charge at all (the charger is fine I test it with other SE phones).
A good thing is the track_id feature which allows you to see the song's title and artist name when you listen to the radio.
My recommandation is not to buy such a phone.

Had this phone for a year with a 1 year warranty. It's very sensitive, speakers stopped working after 3 months. After I got a new one, phone became corrupt and would freeze when receieving phone calls. Waste of money. Went through this phone twice during the warranty and it broke twice.

my cousin had this phone but it broke in 2 halves very easly it is nice but it brokes very easly-.-'

It takes time to turn on sometimes it failed to recarge battery when i charhing the phone but this phone is light weight.

Honestly, NEVER turn this phone off because it won't turn on again. I honestly had to keep pressing the button over and over again for it to turn back on. The few times where I was stupid enough to turn the phone off I had to wait like 30-60mins to turn it back on!

Once it was turned off for an hour and when I went to touch it the phone was so hot it physically burned my hand. The battery had been overheating and it wasn't even on!

my neighbor was going through this phone... He was checking out the features and he selected something and the phone turned off and won't turn on again... Can someone please advise me on what he can do?
