Amazingly in Malaysia, there seems to be no stock for this phone in purple colour! Seriously, Sony Ericsson, send more purple units of this phone to Malaysia ASAP!!!
Does anyone from other countries share the same problem of not being able to get this phone in purple?

Hi,
I have a w380i , I use win2000 on my PC . But PC suite available only for vista and xp .how can I install pc suite on my pc.I can't change my windows version . pls someone help me out !

Very bad mobile. bought just three months back and facing many problems with this. no battery, problem while closing and opening phone, camera not woking, head sets gone. poor poor i can say

I just bought this phone in May and already I am having problems with it. The screen started changing colors/blacking out constantly. At first if I kept flipping it open/shut it would come back on, but now, it is completely black (both inside and outside screen) and I cannot use it anymore! ONLY THREE MONTHS!!! I LOVE Sony Ericsson, but I am considering converting....how disappointing!

Battery life in the specification is not correct!
300h Standby & 7h Talk time: Shit! I have to charge this W380i phone every day. Even I just use it for phone call less than 30 minutes a day and never rarely playing music.

Poor, poor, poor, poor, poor is the only word for this fone, Poor battery life, souund, screen, so fed up getting this fone repaired that ultimately had to sell it off

It is a good second phone. I like it because it is thin and fits in my pocket. the camera is disappointing and not what you would expect from Sony and it doesn't do video. I don't like the sound quality of the handsfree speaker. I use it for a second phone.
