messaging>settings>area info>cell information
in cell information press on ,it will activate cell info on your cell,it's common for all sony ericsson hansets.

Its a cool set by out look. But bad by low speaker volume & no vedio option! Sound quality by earphone is so nice. After all this is nice fone. I m loven it. :-)

if u wanna recording video it"s very simple go 2 camera then press 2 . when u get video on your phone Note: 2 is shortcut key to Active Video recording..

I have this cell since a month. D major issue is its unable to catch d network. Tried same area with a nokia phone n it was abs fine. Is thr something i cld do abt it, besides dumping the phone.
Also am unable to access the cell info of the area am located in. Any suggestions/assistances would be welcome.

Is it possible to play your OWN MP3 song files that you've transferred from your computer as a ringtone?
I can't get it working. The W380 only lets me use its default ringtones. =(

Not a bad phone, just a bit upset that it doesn't have video recording though. Really easy to use and mine DOES play WMA songs. The speaker is indeed rubbish, but I am the type to listen to my music through the headphones though so that is not a problem for me.

In GSM Arena, the w380i can handle 4gb M2 card. However, in Sony Ericsson's website, it can only handle 2gb M2 card.
So, is the w380i capable of reading/writing on a 4gb M2 card with no issues?

by the way you can make vidios and make the ringtone volume louder you just have to know how because i do.

guys.. i dont know what hpapened but when i woke up my phone wa turned on but then it wasn't fucntioning the screen was blank adn the keys were moving or waht so ever. and whenve ri just push the battery in ti turns on automatically. is it a loose wire becuase i got it unlocked?
