The W395 does not support custom themes because it is a Sagem phone for Sony Ericsson and the Sagem software does not support custom themes, you can only select the pre-installed themes.
I hope that clarifies things.

I just fed up with u all....one said it can play songs over 320kpbs and one said it only can play under 130 kpbs..WHICH ONE IS TRUE??????

seems u r interested in themes, there has an option of self theme creation using 'Automatic theme creator' available in it
has 16M colors(no mobile at this price offers such a color resolution) so battery back up comes upto some 1.5 days n even more(16M colors do consume lot of power thou)
a good value for money wid a slider form factor thou
