this is a very gd phone one of the best seen so for.the memory has a lot of space i commend ur efforts keep it up.pls what the price becos iam interested in one so pls can u email me the price cos i stay in brussels.thank you.

dang, ii really wish this can be a slider.. would`ve been way easier to open.. -_- it would even look better if it was a slider cos how the top is so square-ish.. such a hassle to twist that thing.. is there like a easy & fast way to open spin phones.. =_=

cool phone, the memory is acceptable ,but does the mp3 player support WMA file, I'm wondering ???

If this phone came with a memory slot, i wouldnt mind paying for that EXTRA amount of money. The style and the way it is unique for every other design just wins me over.

Shame about the memory, EVERYHTING ELSE = PERFECT

Great phone shame its not 512mb then it would be perfect. I will definetly be buying this if the price is as low as people have been saying. + its sexy. I hope if its twist it dont become reverse stereo on the speakers as there on the keypad part. surely they would have thought of that! =D

this phone is gonnna be a swinging phone ,exactly like the s700i, not a flip or slider, i really do hope it is like $250 coz this phones mp3 functions pwn

It seems that SE in this year has changed its strategy because what I can see is they are throwing mobile phones in the market which are affordable and at the same time satisfying the need of large numbers of its customers.

WOW , if this phone really is for like $250 dollars which is like Rs13000 , then it will be gr8, ill wait a few weeks for its price to come to lke 11000 or 10000 , then im defienately gonna go for it coz i dont have to sell my 6670 ,good job Sony Ericsson

Comparing this with a Nokia N91 is insane! This will be costing really cheap Im sure of that, the lack of Memory card will bring its price down.

Although with the 256MB Im pretty sure it will be fine for me! Right now I got a Nokia 6101 which is more of a fashion device ... once im done with that and the price of this goes down im buying it!

Plus Im pretty sure of the 256MB thing because ive got a 512SD card in my i-mate SP1 and filling that up with most FAV's was hard work ... (it aint filled up with all fav's anyway)

Wonder how much video you can record with the 256MB ... haha wont that be fun!

Excellent work SE, I was pretty bored with the same old same bar style mobiles K500,K700,K750 all look more or less the same. This thing definately looks different and ill be sure to get my hands on one!

Btw if you wanna fuss about it not having a 2MP camera or MMC slot or whateve' ... go spend a bit more and get a W800 simple as that!

I think it is a great phone,if the cost will be around $250.(Rs 11000/) .it will be an excellent music phone with 256 MB and further all music features of W800 will be available. 1.3 MP camera is decent enough ,because either 1.3 should be good enough or you one should go for 5MP camera.According to me in-between mega pixels will not matter much.GOOOD Work Sony for music lovers like me a goog affordable phone. Is it possible to re-launch S700i with the new POP-PORT Jack and same quality MP3 as W800i???????

Come on guys, be realistic. The reason this phone lacks features to some extent is because they were making it more affordable. Add a memory card slot and that adds about an extra $150. With the features you guys want you might as well ask for built in air-conditioning to help with global warming. Come on. What other phone can you get for this price ($250) with such features?? The answer is you can't.
Nokia N91 is set to cost about $1000 according to pre release prices so if people are thinking about getting this phone then you probably aren't prepared to pay that money. Or rather just get the W550 and a 40GB ipod for cheaper than the N91. The choice is yours.

this phone is for europe and other countries exept america .w600 is for america only

hey man of course keep ur 6670 that is a symbian smart phone with add on memory so it has limitless memo and this is a non smart phone with 256 mb. Go for this only if u r a big music fan and want to listen to some high quality music when on the move

o ya thats true but 6670 plays in mono , but i dont really have alot of songs in mp3 format ,and i think 80 songs at 256kbps will be fine for me , and i really think the blue version will be kool , anyway does anyone know how much it will cost since its so "affordable"
