bought this phone with my first salary... best phone i ever had... worth every penny... the sound volume that this mobile phone can generate is just mind boggling... sound quality is superb... built like a rock... even though it's a swivel phone, it never hangs, never broke down...

how many years does an original battery last for this model. whats the cos of new battery - original and duplicate in mumbai, india. does duplicate battery work properly

I really like this phone. It provides me a "no drama policy". It may well be outdated by today's standards, but nowadays every smartphone almost looks the same. This phone is simple, attractive and superbly built. One thing, it doesnt have a memory slot for additional data storage, otherwise this could have been an excellent phone.

Superbly attractive phone! I remember a few years ago, i used to borrow it everytime from my teacher during break time then just stare and explore the phone. Wonderful! Its just an epic!

every guy who got W550i will jus love this mobile more than ther galfrnd i bet u all.
Its music playback both in headphones n loud speaker is simply superb.

Great Phone.....
Bought it new, But Old Stock....

Great Performance,
Good Screen,
Tough Phone (Drop it Twice, and accidentally step on it X_X)
Great Sound...

Only drawback
Little SMS memory
and No Ext.Memory Slot.... X_X

Ah! the swivel phone! I simply adored this phone! I sold mine to a needy friend about 2 years ago after using it for quite some time. It never gave me a day's trouble. This phone was very durable as it dropped several times and came off with nothing but a slight scratch across the screen. It went through 2 vehicle accidents with me, and called help in each occasion. The "handle" looking bar across the top was also a great way to hand around the neck when working. It never froze, it always had perfect reception (taking into account that we live in a "dead-zone") used it as a modem on the pc - slightly slower than adsl, but we got the job done!

a színezése nem megfelelő,elment a szín, a sárga, és a többi is halvány így a betűk sem olvashatok, csak kis mértékben,vagy egyáltalán nem, pl a beérkezett üzeneteknél, csak egy fehér képernyő.

what to say about this phone.. i m speechless.. i have been using this phone since last 5.6 years, still continuing.... good going sonyericss.. really sony is no.1 in electronics market. hands up to sony..
i'll ever buy sony ericsson mobile phones..

except memory i'll give it 10/10 marks

I have this cell phone for the last 5 years and I had a great time using it... everything was fine with this mobile phone! the color and the swirl move made it so different

i have been using dis mobile since last 5 years with its a lovely phone with excelent walkman quality and the audio effect is very gud.
