I was reading through the specs on the sony ericsson website and I noticed that it wasn't capable for you to have a contact list on the phone. Is that really the case?

Ok, picked up the phone, it's one sweet sucker. No the keypad isn't metallic. The shake feature is interesting. The side lights really attacts the flies at night =). The onle flaws to the phone are the side "back" and "C" buttons are a lil annoying to press and the side lights during standby mode only relates to what theme it is currently on, can only adjust the side lights for incoming calls. (Not to mention the themes that comes with the phone packs some really fruity stand by lighting). Very nice feel when holding it, very light and comes with a 512 mem card.

I am wondering is it a touch screen or not and much memory it can hold.

Hey i was looking through mobilecityonline.com and it said the w580 was on preorder for $299.99USD, do you think this is a legit price? When in stock, would they raise the pricing on it?

No providers for the phone right now, you have to get it unlocked, then choose the service you want. Go to CT or Flushing.

Cool.. juz got de phone few days ago, its very light, slim. got the urban grey, i like the color. overall the performance is good, even though w/o 3G. basic and simple. worth considering. GO FOR IT... the sound is solid.
