I have had 6 of these phone, eventually i gave up using it because of its vast amount of problems, hence the 6 of them. I instead got a 5310 which so far works great. About the buttons problem, most of mine had cracked which is unrepairable by yourself. But recently one of my buttons (the hash key, which is probably the most commonly used button if u text much), so what i did was repair it myself. On the bottom where it curves, the front has a little panel you can clip off, if you do it right, it will allow you to remove the buttons, blow down to remove and dust and place it back in so the keypad meet the socket of the button. This did fix my keypad temporarily.

> In reply to Anonymous @ 2008-06-14 19:50 from Yc0jActually, the key cracking issue is a big problem. Sony Ericsson have had to design new keypads as there was an inherent fault with the old ones. The distance between the buttons and the contacts was too large, so that over time every key would crack. So I'd get your facts straight before you go telling people that it's their fault and not a fault with the phone. SE have also improved the phone software.
