However, the silver coating at the centre button tents to peel off or fade after used. the keypad also feels like cracked with crack crack. . . sound lol, its a fun n best music fon i can say butttttttt the key pads are sucks! Another great product from Sony mobile, lol

So as long u have warranty u can always make a trip to Service centre, bang bang the table or make some noise to get it change FOC, hopefully. hahaha

This Phone is with me for 4 months and it's doing great .. the sound is very good and everything looks fantastic .. great phone ..

this phone rocks 2 b honest....
in the 10000 range this phone is appropriate
it supports all kind of softwares
superb sound quality compared to nokia
2mp camera but amazing picture n video quality
ultimate looks......

But if that's not the problem, then you'd probably have to send it in to their service department.

this phone is the best its works better than dat w380 an d900 is d boss....love it an d way better than d coral 300..... buy one nw it worth d money..... $1899.00 TT

A good handset, i got it 4 month before and it is working nice..some time the software behaves abnormal but rest is fine and good value for money..

Hi Folks,
This Phone is Not that good. I am using this for the last 7 months. Didn't have a fault till recently. My Display Totally CRASHED and it doesn't detect on my Laptop. Even if it Detected it doesn't allow me to straightly copy & paste my contacts only SYNC. I went through a very tuff time since i had lost all my contacts. I had to Spend a lot to get a new display and Still its Not working Good.
Its a Piece of CRAP.

I got this ph about $180 now!
it's cool actually!
It rather looks like S500 but i think keypad is not that bad.
To be honest, W550i would have louder speaker!
But consider that, would you just buy w550i(low level resolutions) because of loudness? Or would you pay more for latest models ?
I think , it's the best to get this phone in this price range!

I have a question concerning the 2 D-shape buttons (the holds the clear and back buttons) on either side of the large centre navigation button: Is the whole button supposed to stick out, or does it taper inward so that the edge closest to the centre is almost flush with the surface? On mine they taper inward, and I find the clicking action of those buttons a bit sloppy, and I wondering if there is a defect with the way the buttons are installed.

I have had this phone for a little over 5 months, and my keys have started to crack. My menu buttons have also come loose and a little piece of plastic that held the buttons in place have cracked. The phone has been awesome up until this point. I feel like it has just let me down. Everything seems to be going on it all at the same time. For a company that usually makes an awesome product, they really didn't spend much time making this phone up to their usual standards.

Does anyone have this problem like me? The back and the top of the around buttons doesn't work sometimes. It has been like that for two days already. I don't know what to do with it. How can I fix it?

but got ppl said tat the new w580 have no problem is it?? pls answer my question... i really like this phone.. but dunno is it a good choice??i really like music phone..PLZ ANYONE ANSWER ME...THX=)

i bought da phone less than a ear.n has gone thrice for da repairing to da company.so i suggest every1 nt 2 by dis cel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Even if SE already switched manufacturers (which we can't say for sure), the damage is done. How can i be sure that the one im buying today will not have the same problems? Been planning to buy, i'm still not decided which one. Still using my good old K510. But so far, as most user opinions i have read, current SE phones always has some issues. Very disappointing.

i really want to buy the pink sony ericsson 580i but i text all the time.would the keypads crack or not?What about the battery life? im always on my phone! Can someone really tell me please.Thank you!
