okay, been a year and these things WILL go wrong!!
Buttons crack (keypad)top buttons will eventually pop out
mem card cover really flimsy, opens all the time
if you do so much as TAP the screen music,games,basiclly anything on mem card doesnt exist of fone for a couple of seconds and i mean a LIGHT tap or touch
Main Middle Nav button breaks - if you play music at the same time, it still plays but you cant hear anything, really sensitive to touch (speaker is middle button so to be expected =\)
bluetooth MIGHT fail on you, cant recieve or send- can easily repair with software update
bottom bit after a WHILE comes loose
Volume button doesnt work
becomes INCREDIBLY slow and sluggish at times e.g. slide up phone to see time and it shows a lighted black screen(standby) for more than 10seconds then eventually runs normally (have hardly ANYTHING on mem)
games and apps may not allow you to use them due to error.(again, software update)
sometimes may nt turn on AFTER being switched off (simply take out battery then put back in and it works, this happens on other sony ericssons)
Im not a heavy texter, well, i HARDLY text at all and my buttons are breaking, phone has VERY light use. ONLY get if your POSSITIVE you can take care of it, seriously.

My phone has been sent away three times and has come back still broken. the walkman player is constantly flashing on and off and when the phone is shut the "press unlock then ok" constantly flashes on and off. has anyone else had this problem?

I have a 4gb i bought on amazon. Works fine and has worked fine since July.

first: camera on n73 is great better than w580
second: n73 screen is more bigger
n73 has 3G
and n73 is the best in all!!!!!!!!!
w580 beats n73 only in music

I have this phone and this is the second one that ive had of it and it hasnt even been a full year. First time: the sound was screwed up and i ccouldnt talk in it. second time: the screen just turned black and now i cant see anything. i wouldnt recommend it. now im lookin for a new phone

First drop and the screen is gone. Downloaded my address book from outlook first to Nokia E65 and it took less than 10 sec; than to W580 and it took almost a minute for 400 entries. Not really a fast processor. Bought 2GIG memory stick and pics won't go on it but only on the phone. Sort of a frustrating gadget if you had an opportunity to use better ones.

I'm thinking of getting it for Christmas, already have W200i but ppl keep saying the buttons crack a lot! I'm ur average texter, i don't want it to break all the time though! Help! Should I get it? Question: Do buttons crack easily?

ok i have put M2 2g in my phone and it works! i want to buy a bigger one! BUT! on http://www.sonyericsson.com/memorystick/ say that i can put 4g, on the WIKI 8g but on the support site on Sony Ericksson up to 2g so does any one have more then 2giga on his phone and can pls send me an email!
