And no, i'm not just some twisted Nokia fan. Just a phone fanatic. Alot of sony phones are great, however they purposely don't offer everything they should when you spend $700 on a phone. Believe me, i would say these same things about the d500. Shame it is.... Nokia just won't do you wrong. Lets all get real here.

If you guys want a real phone get a nokia n90. All you sony fans waste your money on this commercial junk. Just face it, honestly, nokia has the market handsdown. Regardless of whether sony has built in "walkman"s or flashy colour phones, nokia's built in mp3 player can do the same and more. I shouldn't even get started on the reception and reliability issue. Nokia n90 has everything the w600, w800 and k750 have plus alot more. As a past sony fan, i would reccommend you save your money for the release of the n90. In my opinion, Sony went to shame when i got the s710 and found out it could only take pro and not pro duo? what kind of manipulation games is sony playing? they want you to keep spending more and more money, and you will never truly have what you should from a handheld device.

I was totally stoked about the W800i, then the w600 came out for the American market. Looks great, awesome features, love the built in headset jack, but I will not buy this handset unless it comes with an expandable memory slot. 256mb is puny in comparison to the 2GB potential of the w800i or k750, especially if I want to use it as an mp3 player.

i hate it when ppl start whining about w800i n k750i being much much better than w600 because of the camera and card slot. well i can proudly say to all the ppl when i have it that i am proud to have an orange spinning s700i with a big walkman brand on it

if it also is compatible with bluetooth stereo earpiece like motorola e680i then it will be good. =)
