i have had this phone for quite a while and i recently lost it in a taxi going to san juan who ever have this phone may God bless you and your dishonest self .and yes the phone did freez alot .but all and all it was a nice phone.

I've had this phone for 14 months right now and and the only problem I had/have is that the Swivel mechanism started to "stick/jam" and after trying to force it open it broke... I was able to fix it by taking the WHOLE phone apart and tightening the screws which hold it together. I had to do this several times in the last 2 Months as apparently they kept working themselves loose. Eventually one screw fell out by its self and got lost. Also, in the process of "Fixing" the phone I have since lost the camera function.....
DESPITE this, this phone is bar none the best phone I've even used... I love the feature set on SE phones. I am actively looking at the k810i; k850i and will happily purchase whichever will work properly on cingular.AT&T network

I've had this phone almost for a year...but recently, when i was charing it, it turned into a white screen for no reason. that happened to me twice, and it won't respond at all!!!! DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE! now i hav to get a new phone b/c this one broke..ugh!

I have used the W600i for 2yrs and I have not had any problem with it at all. Its just time for an upgrade since I want a smartphone now.

To use the remote control you need a bluetooth adapter. Download bluetooth remote control to create your own controls ;)It's verry cool I,m useing it to control winamp via the global hotkeys.

i think its a great phone just the way it opens starts to wear after a while. it gets loose. i like all the cool features.
