--no it doesnt.. W610 has only normal key button :)--

--update feature for upgrade your firmware (currently that u use now), e.g: your camera quality is poor n full of noise. u dont have to update frequently. if your phone doing well, I recommend u not to update..--

--u can add new device by: click settings > connectivity> bluetooth> my devices> then click add or new device..--

--record video with this phone do u mean? I think its not good enough.. so-so.. only CIF resolution but can record with the help of photolight (in the light poor condition).--

1 year pass away n still w610 is the best mediocre phone that I ever had..

slim n stylish design
great camera quality
superb walkman player n megabass sound
longlasting battery
clear LCD view
nice loudspeaker output
great fm radio
fast menu UI
nice photoflash
everything was great. no problem w/o 3G, wlan, or smallish key. (although I have biG thumb :)

soner launched W350 n W380 with almost the same price with W610 but W610 have better feature n more valuable in my opinion..

soner the BEST!

Excellent phone with sleek design. Walkman is awesome with crystal clear sound. FM radio is also good. It works pretty fast with the 2GB M2 memory card with songs and pics packed over 1.5 GB. Browsing thru the mp3 files is cool. Camera is OK with 2MP. What i dont like is the extravaganza of the color at the battery cover. I hurt my thumb when i browse thru a long webpage coz of the tinu button. In fact a very good pick for a walkman freak.

Excellent phone. Easy to use track ball for browsing. It is also camera phone. The best thing is the FM radio and MP 3 player Battery life is good.

The only bad thing I can say is the firmware that came with that. It hangs and does not work with the my computer both vista and XP. I use it with Explorer or my computer to transfer the songs from my computer tot he phone.

At last!!
This is one of the few Sony Ericsson models that has a camera with AUTOFOCUS.
Pity that it doesn't have 3G - otherwise I would've bought it.

Before the w660 update i had updated with the w610 update.
I think the camera works better after that.

All sony ericsson phone software updates are available at sony ericsson website.
I searched it through google.
So u too search sony ericsson update service.
First it will install a software and then use the
Software to flash ur phone.
In the mobile select screen select w660 and then it will download the update and finally install it in ur phone.
Hurray u got urself a w660.

I just got this phone today and when I placed the cover at the back I couldn't open it again!, it wont move and I try so hard I probably end up snapping the phone in half. Anyone have any suggestions on how I can remove the back cover??? I tried the booklet method but it still won't budge.

The W610i is a great phone.It has all the right specifications and it performs all its functions admirably.The Walkman feature is the best with great sound quality.Camera is excellent in daytime but it falters slightly while taking pictures at night.Mine is 6 months old but it has developed problems in its lighting system which are:
1)When the keypad is unlocked(keypad is locked at first),the phone light comes on after 5-6 seconds.
2)When the charger or headphones are plugged in the phone,the phone light turns off and then turns on after about 10 seconds(this happens instead of the usual blinking of the phone light 3 times).
