I think that everyone with a good sense thinks like me...if W610 was MS Pro DUO it would be perfect, prefer W810 just because of the MS Pro DUO that its way better and common.

If A2DP was purely software constraint, SE would have been including it in a firmware upgrade, so they can sell more bluetooth stereo headsets.
If you flash a 810 with a 610 fw, you might kill it.

A2DP is a bluetooth profile for lisning to music through Stereo bluetooth earphones some phones dont have it W810i DIDNT W610 does which is goood!!!!

IS A2DP is a hardware dependent or software constraint. If it is a software constraint then we can flash w810 with w610 software, also Walkman 2.0 is also software constraint.
i read it from other sites that A2DP is a software constraint, then we can flash w810 with w610 software, since w810 has Bluetooth 2.0. i think flashing w810 with w610 is possible.

all i can say about this phone is...whoever has the W810i KEEP IT!! dont get this....but if u r still wanting a new walkman phone..GET W610i..since its newer

The are NOT the same hardware and not the same software.
w810 does not support stereo bluetooth (a2dp)- w610 does.
w810 does not support wma - w610 does
w810 is walkman ver 1 - w610 is ver 2
all those are the differnces of w610 and w810 its bettter but as the guy said below this the w810 has Memory stick pro DUO and everyone like that memory card including me...

W610i is a big turn off for me from replacing my W810i because it has M2 external memory.
ProDuo has to come back because nearly all of their Sony products have gone Duo already.
If it weren't for that, this phone would be perfect.

W810 has a better look than this mobile. Its slim but W810 makes me look good than this one, even k610 looks sexier than this phone and orange back make things horrible. Apart from that, this phone is not a better camera phone than w810, it has the same features, as w810, not even the hardware is changed.
The ugliest things in this phone its buttons, but the d-pad is nice and better than w810. The back side is slightly better than the W810. if this phone is available in the market, i am going to look about the reviews, and then flash my w810 to w610, since both hardwares are same, and what i can get is a better software, for a better phone w810.
W810 still rules.

yes this is TFD.
TFD uses less power than TFT. they have same response time.
but pic quality, TFT is a little better,thats why it is use for high quality cybershots HP like K800i and k810i,and its much expensive lcd technology. but uses more power than TFD, your battery will not last longer if TFT lcd.

The official Website stated the screen is TFD instead of TFT as posted here. Any difference? Which one ie better?

Come on people, same features, same design, same menu, i think is contageous... Samsung, Nokia, Sony, Motorola, all the same. Maybe we should all wait for the iphone.
