Reading the review of W550i, "the focal length is 3.8mm, while the focal length of the older models is 4.8mm. It seems that in order to fit in the thinner body, K550 has a smaller sensor, which is expected to produce lower quality pictures." Since W610i is also of similar form factor, has SE done the same here?
Does anyone have dope on this? GSM Arena.. review please!

OHMYGAWD!! i totally fell for this phone the minute i saw it! too bad i alrdy bot the W810i which isnt very bad.. but this looks so much COOLER!! i love!

Hi Chirayu Diwan, I can understand what you're saying. However, mobile manufacturers simply don't want to bundle everything into one and give you at the cheapest price. Though it would make more sense that the mobile will actually outsell every other competitor with fewer features. If the phone, has everything, it's not economically priced!
Telecom is a happening market and manufacturers will play all tricks keep their phones alive (for short term) but deliberately scaling down features - business tactics!

Hey wat happnd to sony ericsson? They are launching new mobile with same old function, the only difference is of looks.. come on sony, launch new phone with symbian software, and please make screen size bigger atleast equal to nokia 6600, sonyericsson screen size is very small, but on the matter of sound there is no comparison of sony ericsson, THEY ROCKS

SE brings back autofocus to it's latest mid range walkman. nice power packed as W810 with slimmer design(follows the slimline competition) Se just show samsung, motorola and nokia what should a music phone must be. fans shall be waiting for the W900's successor could it be W910? or W890 with AF lens?

ya..i just checked the sony ericson site and read that this phone will be avaible in selected markets from Q2 2007 now id like to know what "Q2 2007" means exactly plz..

Love this phone, I can't wait till it goes out. I actually convinced my sister to not buy a phone yet and wait for this instead. In order for her to agree, we have to swap phones while she waits coz she thinks my w810i kicks ass. Sigh, can I handle going back to Nokia (even for a few months)? Well I have to do it for my sis though.
I really really really hope this phone is worth it. :)

Including 5 videos. Eldar likes the phone a lot, but dislikes the keypad. Not surprising. It's for people with micro-fingers :(

Plus: It will be the first affordable walkman with stereo bluetooth (a2dp)
Minus: mickey mouse keys and buttons. I think SE's top designer is a hobbit :-))

Fellows.. I m really Disheart Becuz .. W610 have No "" MEGA BASS ""... So In This Way W810 is Better Then w610 If We Take Them As Walkman ..
