is there any anti virus for w700i? how can we play avseq or avi video files?

Well, as everyone has unanimously voted it as the best for the price paid, i too have n itch in reiterating that. got just 10days back and yes music rocks.
but one problem i am facing is of Battery. its not as much as projected. In one day without any much use (mp3-20min, talk time-1/2 to 1hr), my battery came to 75%. much less compared to what it is supposed to give.
is anyone having same problem?

hi! this phone is rocking. but only one thing..... could anybody tell me why i cant record video for more that 10 seconds? what r the settings required that will enable me record for more time. or should i go for 1gb memory card that will help me.

plz tell me..the only way to click pictures is the side camera button or else i can click by pressing joystick or ne other button..if yes plz tell me the possible way...and yes this phone rockss.....dudes....

I bought a SE w700i in August 06. I have been a Nokia regular. However, I find this is a phone with great features at a competitive price. However, there is one nagging problem...it goes into camera mode despite the keypad being locked and the lens closed. This is extremely annoying and reduces battery charge as one cannot keep a constant check. Will Sony Ericcson please guide me on what is to be done? I am in Mumbai, India.

The new Sony Ericsson W700i is just superb. NO words to mention about the phone. It has some latest features and has a very elegant style. I was a nokia user and had my self changed to SE coz of these features and executive model.

Hi Rohit,
if you want to increast your video length, first just go to video mode then go to setting then select shoot mode and then select High quality video. Now you can record as long as your memory card will support.
Video-->setting-->shoot mode-->high quality video

cool phone! My mom bought me this phone last Monday. I had a hard time downloading the disc2phone from the cd to our pc but it paid off my hardships because it gives ease in transferring music files to phone. My phone's color is smooth white and looks like a toy like w800i! I want the gold one.. but what's important is the inside not the outside...buy this phone & you will not regret it!! almost complete features at very reasonable price compared to nokia..

hi,i have a sony ericsson w700i mobile in last one week.he is very nice sound effect & he looking good and This mobiles camaras clearity& photo image is very nice and colorfull & clear.hes handsfree's sound is well As home theatre.

I read previous posts of people saying if you save video clips to memory stick, you can record for as long as you wish. well.. I set it so that it saves to memory stick but I still get only 14 seconds to record. I JUST put in a NEW 1g memory card. argh! someone please help me!
also.. anyone know how to play video files from this phone? not what u record with the phone, other files (ie. music videos)
