WOW! i am so getting this phone for christmas, finally a S.E. phone that has great features AND looks good! i was going to get the W800i but it's ugly looking so i didn't. i'm glad i didn't, i would have kicked myself after seeing this. Flip phones are just great and it has a memory card slot!

ey y'all! wassup? man i've been looking at this fone for aaages.. i luv dis fone! like i said b4.. i hav d w810 and its great but i luv flip fones so im looking to get this one.. BUT... it says it'll be released in May.. but sounds like no one here has it yet.. Hmm.. ? I wonder whats happening or are they even releasing this in Australia? Please if anyone already has this.. share ur views! Alright i'm out.. have fun!!!

yeah W710 has no autofocus, no flash, the handsfree r not 4m the W series, cam is not protectd. soi m goin 4 k790i or k800i. i heard rumors abt 30 fps in k790i. is it so ??

Hey Swappy K750 has an autofocus camera & W710 has simple 2 mp camera

hey i currently hav my k750i n i was searchin 4 a better phone then that 1 with W series. But i think this is the 1 i was searchin for. The only bad thing is the cam is not protectd. ne 1 if knows ne disadvantage of this phone plzzzz plzzz say it. I m in a hurry to grab this phone.

and as i was saying why do you need a 3.2 ,5mp.... camera on a phone ? are you a photographer? get yourself a 8mp camera, let's not forget the purpose of a phone: light, small , easy to handle ; with my w800i a can make photos better than most film based cameras (and they ar very clear to my surprise), i can not compare with to a purpose bilt camera
it's a PHONE, let's not forget you stil need it to fit in your pocket don't you?
Besides this phone (W710i) has more +es than you could ever want or could use, and best of all IT HAS STILE IT LOOKS GREAT it's something different fron nokia or samsung they are BORRRRING black grey black and so on
i like my phones to have "an expresion" to say something
Nokia=stiff, heavy
Samsung=the same etc
Sony-Ericsson=joy , satisfaction
And with this i come to an end!

ok firs of all it has auto focus, because te camera and software are the same (mostly) as w800 or w700, better yet i have had all the w series phones up till now and i can tell you there has been a significant improval at each new arrival, as for a 3.2 megap camera ...... well it would be nice but the phone would be much more heavy and bigger let's not forget XCute phones big camera big weight

before i was using nokia but now i like sony ericsson more because first, all the option that we like and the price not come down fast as nokia is happen the design more better than nokia and pleave me the software is more better than nokia and the other phone. i have my w550i more than 5 month and till now i dont have any problem

i'm looking for the perfect phone and haven't found it yet. sony had the best complete phones it think (good camera music player radia...). i like complete phones of nokia but n93 is so heavy. they are always too big nokia phones. i prefer a clamshell (is this the right word?) like this phone. i also like w800 but i think it's an ugly phone (the 'white' is like yellow). i'm afraid it's going to be the same with this phone. sony ericsson hasn't the most beautiful phones

is it true that the camera is not as good as k750 and w800? no auto focus? does this effect the quality much? and the camera isn't protected...

For the opion before this one.
I challenge you to find a more reliable brand than Sony Ericsson. Being a retailer we see phones come back all the time. Out of every phone that comes back faulty, around 3% of them are Sony Ericsson.
Believe it or not the most unreliable brand at the moment would be Nokia.
Please email me if you find anything better.

it has a converter that comes with it. You attach it to the phone and then you can use 3.5 headphones of any kind.
I'm using a w700 as a stop gap til this excellent phone comes out.
SE is fast and Furious. The best.
