all features are great of w 710 including its look. battery is creating a problem. as per the commitment of talk time of 10hrs, it hardly give a talktime of 2 hrs. Company should look into it.. Else the phone is fantastic...

with all the feedback around about its lousy physical build quality (AND THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE A SPORTY PHONE!!!)you'd the wiseguys at sony intentionally put in those with the inferior rubber gaskets so that they can earn a little more by having them wear out so quickly forcing the poor owner to have it replaced...pathetic

This is the most disappointing phone from ericsson since the r600. Just barely 6 months into using it (take note, not even subjecting it to the treatment by the female tennis player on its commercial), the rubber comes off. i also decided to use the fitness function by using the clip-lo and behold, the paint starts chipping off within a week! Lousy build quality! if it not for the fact that it can play wav files apart from mp3 and aac, i would've ditched this phone a long time ago!!!!

come on people w710 is great phone but the rubber problem does not make me change the just change the rubber ...... it was happened to me and i change it.... SE has fixed the probled in it and the rubber will not come off again .......... iam not gonna to chane this phone EVER.

You can sell it and buy W810 or W610. And i guarantee you that u will love these phones.
W610 is new and better more featured than W810i.Lg KG is fully loaded phone but doesnt live to our expectations.

it's about 1 month i buy this fone but the rubber prob is also with me the rubber is coming out so i decide to sell it nd bug lgkg 300 is iam doing thr rite thing ply rply till this nite

can any one let me know weather the rubber net will be replaced or not the set is in warranty the same is not available with the SVC

Please approach the SE service centre and they will repair the rubber by fixing a high quality and harder rubber. Got that..

i bought this phone and two months later, the rubber went off, ever since then i alway have to glue it and this is so horrible. sometimes i regret buying the phone and to think i bought it so expensive($345)

Hi,well m also using dz phone,itz cool but dat rubber prob z dare,d rubber in ma phone got out completly,nwai changed it in 2 a much harder one,it workz,and now it lukz great. give it a try n c!!

the top rubber and the headphone jack seems to be a manufacturing defect in all the sets for this model. Mate you need to go the the company service station they will replace the defective parts

go to the camera, press "more", go to "picture quality" and change to "fine" and the camera quality is much better
as for the rubber problem if you dont put your mob in a case I would suggest it. you may also need new headphones
I have this phone and it's great :)
