I have had this litle phone for approx 1 1/2 years and have never had a problem. It is extremely robust as i have dropped it several times. It has tons of features and is a wee pocket office. The only way it could be improved is if it had a larger screen for google maps.

I bought a second hand W715 on ebay in the UK.
It was branded Vodaphone but was not network locked so worked with my Virgin Sim.
I have debranded it; this is not too difficult but not for the feint hearted. There are some useful forums - or should that be fora - where there are tutorials and downloads of software and firmware, Just google 'W715 debrand' and off you go. Hope that helps.

I'm using this unit right now, so far, what I like most about this phone, its brilliant design, and its wifi capability is excellent, I love this phone.

One of the best phone I've ever had! It has almost everything you want from a phone at a right price: best Walkman, pretty good camera, WI-FI, GPS (working awesome with Google maps version 3.0 and "We travel" )! I very happy with it!
