You have to clean contacts on battery and pins on the phone.

@ Dave, SAR values is Specifìc Absorption Rate. W810i has 0.67w/kg. Its the power absorbd mass of ur brain tissue when making calls etc:p:p So to keep this value constan, the phone usually goes off when overheated or exposed to too cold environmen...

Thanks Dennis for your reply. Can you please clarify though what S.A.R. Value is? It's kind of odd to note though that sometimes it turns off on it's own in my air-conditioned room. Is this caused by the phone itself or the battery?
