This is good phone but like W900, it doesn't have lens cover.

It's a good phone, but i prefere the w900i for two major things.
The first is the 3G, 3G has higher download speed than edge, and at the same time it can be switched off to save battery, unlike the edge!
Second i like the design of the w900i far more than w810i, though w810i has a good touch of design.

This is the perfect phone...well, almost.But would it be profitable for SE (or any other brand) to create the perfect phone?I think that SE produces an almost perfect phone, but with something missing.This makes the business go round because it would be included in the next, newer phone which in turn will have some features less compared to other phones from other brands. Nevertheless, this is a very good phone SE. Keep up the good work!

Oh and the expect of release is at the beginning of march, and the phone will cost 50$ more than the price which the w800 started with

it's a pitty that it doesn't support bluetooth stereo headset, and they call it a walkmanphone? w900, w800 also don't support it... i hope they will fix it...

Here is the expanded differences between this phone and w800i which i managed to translate from a russian site.

Guyz wat is the Instant messaging all abt in the messaging section of w 810..if it is the messanger through which i can sign in for yahoo or msn...then it is wrong.....coz i have w 800 and also have this funtion....but there is no messanger in it...can any buddy guide me in this plzz?

This phone would be almost the perfect phone ever,however one thing is a killer that might made me think before buying it which is the LENS COVER!!, how could a great company like SE forget such an important thing!

though its a good phone, but SE has made compromise on little thing, THE LENSE COVER,
it's a bit disturbing when you are handling autofocus, great megapixel lense with no protection...

i thought the w900 wazz hott but this is just amazing no other music phone can compare to this not even the rokr e2 motorola better step up their game if they want sales wit their music phones cause this is by far the best music phone out by any cell phone manufacturer plus u get up to 30 dialed received and missed calls nto like any other phone which gives u 10 this phone really is amazing top class by sony they might bring out much but when they do they take over the game.
