w810 looks gud especially with the black panel.gud work SE.i use a w800i and it rocks.i'm trying 2 find a black panel which i'm sure will never be out.pls let me know if 1 is out.

@ SE Supporter may b 1 day m8 da tech is dare 2 do it but companys wil stager ow long it take 2 relese sumtin like dat as day wona make as nuch $$$ as day can, fair play day no wot day doin @ max dun no bout dat 1 m8 nt wivowt usin da fone 4 myself 1st howevr iv da k750/w800 is n e tin 2 go by i dun tink so, dats bad coz i dun like dat noiz 2 as its wel anoyin

I must say that the biggest advantage that this phone has is that it has been removed the joystick that was really annoying...

@ Phoneman_nz i dun tink dat SE wil make n e flip fones ( 4 now n e way ) 4 da w-series as da bar style az sold wel. As 4 3g wil av 2 c ow wel da w900 duz, it may b dat da walkman range may nt need 3g 2 sel but wil av 2 wait an c.

i think this is def their best phone...to bad about no 320X240 screen....but ill take the 8 hours talk time and 850 band which i need here....

This phone's answering my wishes. I have K750, but I like W800's walkman function & camera (& don't like the fragile white colour of W800).
Now, it's been January (Q1) 2006, so... when it will arrive in Indonesia.

this is a wonderful phone. it is what is known as a GAP_FILLER.
you see there is a gap in the market. this phone fills the gap between the w800-w900-k750&w550
people complained because that SE had no 3g type data transmissions suuitable for US regions as well. SE answered by making the w550.
people complained about the external memory.SE made the w800.
people complained about the internal memory. SE made the w900.
people complained about its size + bad designs. SE made the k750.

you see the w810 fills most of those wishes/ gaps(except for that of int. memory).
-It has EDGE(850MHz) which means it works efficiently in US.
-It has 20MB int. memory, sufficient for ordinary cellular activities
-It comes with a 512MB MSPD for loading massive numbers of mp3's
-It is smaller than the w800/k750(therefore is mid-market)
-It has very modernized/controversial styling yet is still instantly recognizable as an SE phone

Compare it with w800 and you will see that they are the same but w800 has 34 mb shared memory till w810 has 20mb shared memory only their diffrents is in visible form.

i own a W800i and i love it so much! it's been with me for almost three months now and i still adore it. i believe that W810 is good but just a little above my phone. if i want to change phone, i would like it to be a flip phone with a very good design like Z520i but the features of W800i in terms of memory, WALKMAN, 2MP camera, radio, bluetooth, infrared, etc etc etc. i dont care about 3G or smartphone since i dont understand it. hehehe...
