There is the new mobile , but we might have to wait till the summer
it is K750 successor and has UIQ inteface !

i absolutely want to have a W800 n this year the SE release the W810 with a totally cool buttons n funky colour.

un4tunately this fone don't have a 3G, edge maybe a big thing in the US but 3G is d mobile tech. in europe n asia.
so, SE can u pls release it with 3G for europe n asia market. pls...

i know this is not goin to happen bcause SE probably goin to ask u 2 get W900.:-p.
but love this phone design, the size & many more. so, pls SE...

Everybody! nothing is better than nothing,if you keep on searching for new cellphones then you wont stop,you wont get relaxed cause thats what market is about(giving new things every while)those who keep doing this they get tired and never happy with the cellphones they have no matter what kind of cellphone you have.to W800i,K750i Owners, the phones you have are GREAT and you should be proud of it,NEVER think about this one even if its new cause you're all killing the joy of you're cellphones!

darn w800 is better in terms of memory and.. nothing else lol... this phone good design.. Edge but all nokia phones Edge already so no big deal for SE to fill this part.. SE should make a 3G walkman smartphone haha.. that is 1 big deal.. and the internal memory more than 4oomb.. and um its weigh less than 120g .. this SE phone would be cool..

Yo! Nice phone, bought one yesterday......the camera is brilliant (look's like it's the first camera with phone) and the sound is very good. I recommend this phone to everyone....and hi to you Lenny! ;)

crossmatched- your statement is incoclusive as it makes no sense. please rephrase what it has to do with me.

rasbelin- enhanced 2g data transmission is the same thing as 3g, that was the point i am trying to get across. what you did not read was that he thought it was for 2g phones.

Lenny Kravitz- you are mad. to go from a palmone treo to such a phone. and you complain. how do we know that you are not ust a nokia lover or something. you cannot tell these people what to do. there is only one thing i can say. THAT IS WHY PHONES COME WITH A MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

well, if u compare the specs between W810 and W800 directly, u'll see that there's not much difference between these 2 except the fact that W810 has EDGE, sumthing that is not so impressive compared to 3G...otherwise, the 2 phones aren't that different in terms of performance...heck, im jus gonna get myself a W800 and save the agony of waiting...coz i think SE still rocks on top of the world!!!

This IS the daddy, imho :) Looks fantastic, has even more useful buttons and they've finally sorted the crabby joystick on the 750/800 range! Can't wait til these appear in UK, I'm after one asap.

Actually my ideal phone .. is a 3g walkman smartphone haha and the weight is not over 120g.. and internal memory over 400mb :P The design if is like w810 would be the best :D

I was thinking of a model between the K750i
which I own and the bulky W900 which i was planning to change to when W810 popped up.

After reading the specs i was sad to see that
810 is not a 3G phone

Further i am not sure of its video capabilities. K750i has video that tires the eyeballs with jumpy motion

W910 has TV quality video but alas no radio

Hello ! Sony Ericsson; please give smooth video capability with 3G in W810 before it is commercially launched. Trust me probably I would be the 1st guy to buy the phone..

The difference is the:-
- Design
- Edge not UMTS
- Colour
- Internal Memory Smaller!

...Hey everyone...You can just call me Lenny, pronounce like Lennnnnyyyy! I hope we`ve done with that part finally, `cause there is so much confusion about that. Anyway I got this phone at my disposal and you know after a couple of days I sent a bunch of flowers to SonyEricsson company just as an excuse, because I`m not going to use this sluggish piece of plustic sh...t ever again. Compared to my previous Palm one Treo, the phone is simply incapable of doing anything sophisticated...excuse my language. This new phone that I exclusively received from one of CEO of the company, a friend of mine actually, worked OK for a couple of days, and then all of a sudden gave me a hard time...Oh, I don`t really have to go deep into this,...if you have any intention to go for it, first think twice and then if you`re still with it, please change your mind, because I don`t want you guys to make same mistakes I already did. So stupid of me. Happy new year and don`t miss my concert I`m going to give in my home place, NYC soon. Cheers.

Your last comment about UMTS/WCDMA and EDGE was just about what I said earlier. You're right that UMTS = 3G, where as EDGE is just enhanced 2G data transmission, mainly promoted by Nokia.

Eventually UMTS will be taking over most, if not all GSM networks, depending on how new technologies are developed to provide basic wireless mobile telephony for calls and text messaging, where as UMTS and HSDPA will be for more developed markets (ie. not the poorest countries) and to provide video calls and other more capacity demanding end-user services.
