Elliot, what features does the w800 have that the w810 doesn't? I had a quick look and couldn't see any difference! Also they both come with a 512 stick of memory.

there is one auction i saw on ebay for this phone. buy now price is $1099 USD plus shipping. $1000+ for this phone. damn.

In Sweden, the price is set to approx. 450 USD and the word on release date varies between march 10, and much much later...

Does someone already have this phone? Based on the last opinion that I read here, it does appear so. Can you plz tell me what part of the world has this phone been launched?

Oh man this phone is quite impressive. Its exactly what i thought it would be and then some. The only thing that is kinda weak is the loudspeaker. Its no nextel, but its louder than my Nokia 6230.
The only drawback is the camera is set to either 2mp, vga, or cif. No option for 1mp.
The MP4 video play back is the bomb. The External flash brightens up the entire room. The FM transmitter plays all my music to any FM radio within 30 feet.
Other than that, this phone is the best ive had yet... Next to my Nokia 6270

Does anyone know if you can create and save playlists on this fone?
Also im stuck between this and the W900i. What you reckon is better? I think the W900i is too big and is the only thing letting it down

The lack of camera cover is a bonus to me. It will just add on further weight and bulkness to the phone.

this is the W810 which works on networks like cingular with the 850 band. the 800 doesnt have that band.

why buy this phone? ...if you want the looks.. buy it.. if you want the features.. buy the W800.. SE is just trying to fix their mistake by not marketing the W800 with different colors and their hoping the W800 will still sell by downgrading the W810's features like the memory.. still this one has EDGE and the joystick has been removed since they've experienced some trouble with it.
