Why aren't you posting on the thread for the phone you actually like? It's like your sole purpose here is to wind people up. Have you not learned by now that the vast majority of people are not bothered by the walkman adaptor? And HSDPA coverage isn't really wide enough yet to be a major factor. It makes sense that the N82 would support more formats - it was released over a year later. None of the points you made change the fact that the W850 has the best sound quality of any phone that I've heard, with the possible exception of the W960. And let's face it - with a music handset the quality is what REALLY matters...

This is a great phone ever. This is the 24th month and I never experience any problems with this phone. I don't know how many times it fell but it is still going strong. The battery last long too

this is really an amazing phone in terms of the battery life and also the music player... however my only complaint is that although being a 2mp camphone, not having autofocus definitely affects the overall positive rating i can give for this phone. i use this and also an n73 from nokia.. so basically the w850i is my all-around mp3 player/call and text phone while the n73 i simply use for photos. one can't have best of both worlds... so it's a stable balance for me between having both the nokia and the sony ericsson. ;)

now i use w850i,i like it....but got two things w850 dun have is wifi and can't watch movie..is ok....that is ok for me.....like much cool man!!!!!but white colour is better than blank colour...hehe

sonyericsson Wseries by me is the best award winning mobile for the year,i here by advice the company to put more effort buy installing some applications to there pnones such as tv and in a situation of dstv mobile thanks........

were lucky having this phone,, sony stop producing this phone, not because its dated, but because of the complaints about the navypad,, unfortunately, even the new w580 again encounter problems about the keypads, more fragile than the w850,, in contrast w850 are more durable than the w580, so we are lucky having this one off phone, & because its been phased out, well im considering this a very limited edition lone of a kind phone,, take care of your w850s ")
