Hi guys i need help. My w850i se phone screen turns white when i close the slide and just keeps blinking afterwards and when i slide it open it comes back on after about 5mins. Pls is this a flex ribbon problem or something that can be fixed if i update the firmware via se website. Thanks in anticipation for an answer.

This phone is just too much. Its a super phone. I only miss a tv-out and a wifi but if u have not used the w850i, then u have not used a sonyericsson yet.

hi all,
i am interesting to buy w960i phone in few coming days, at GSMARENA's site it's price is only € 180 but in italy where i live it's price is 249€... :-( unfortunately italy is too expensive country than other european countries.. at moment i am using W850i i have some problems from this phone that it can not not store more than 800 SMS and the other one is that i can not send SMS by typing my KEY BOARD after connecting it to pc.. becoz this phone's software does not has a feature like that... but nokia provides this option to send sms by pc from mobiles but i do not like nokia phones becoz they are too too slow
now i would like to buy W960i plz plz plz anyone tell me how many sms it can store or can i copy my sms in memory card.............?????
please inform me SE users

one of the toughest Se available,, uve been using it for 2/12 years,, & still no problem,, do you know any slider phone that can last that long without replacing any parts??? specially the flex ribbon??? very reliable & durable phone,,

w850 is a very beutyfull mobile becouse it has a wenderfull aplications: 2 mp photo,projecteur,3j,up to 4g memmory card,a beutyfull mp3 and a radio

WOW!!! i really love this phone! music/brwsing/dwnloading/wow i really love it/ from using samsung u700 and tried switching to w850i/ i think i find allready the right one!!!jejeje

Worst phone ever, had it for nearly a year, froze all the time, was buggy and slow as hell, the headset/charget port got dirty real fast so I had a lot of contact issues, sometimes wouldn't dial a call at all, finally I had it and broke it into two pieces against my knee.. No more Sony Ericsson.

castellana Reportthis phone is soooooooooooo good and i enjoy it it is the most reliable phone i never got but infortunetly i can't send themes to it for nokia phone.
