Neo
of course k800i is better...
Would you be proud that your fone is the first walkman phone w/o FM? not worth buying. what would a slim dimension gives you anyway? because its superslim thats why it lacks autofocus, flash, fm radio, and w/o fm how can you use its track id? nonsense having it.
so it gives us lost of many good features. K800i has FM and its not even a walkman phone, what a shame for this HP. Still after nearly 2years my w900i is still the best walkman. guess have to wait for another year for an upgrade.

Hi, I'm writing because of some comments on supposed boring menu layout (interface)... well, I've chosen the Citybeat theme, and it rocks! Interface changes completely, it's got icons organised in one row (not 4x3 grid like before) and the background is all black, with white text and red reflections... great! And a great phone, too. Keyboard may be not the best out there, but it is a very sensible solution for something this small, much better than rubber k800 keys. Cheeers!

There is no flash with camera !!
I think Sony Ericsson will lose many customers if still on this situation .

It looks good and feels great to use. Texting is pleasant enough with next word prediction, but it could get you into trouble though depending on the content of your usual txt messages! Luckily you can turn that feature off. Ringtones are loud enough for general use,but there's no bass at all when playing MP3s even with the megabass setting on. That doesn't bother me,but it may bother anyone comparing it to previous walkman models. Camera could be better. If,like me,you want a slim phone above anything else then go for this one!
The last phone I had was a Nokia 6100 so I've been behind the times for a while.

i've tried this phone yesterday and it feels great.the lack of radio isn't a problem cause i rarely use it (because it's crap anyway.it lacks bass etc etc...).the main thing that i disliked is the old interface.and i don't mean it's functionality, cause that is great (fast, easy to use, good options) but the looks of it.two years ago i had a k500i.it barely came out then,i got fascinated by it,and got me one.and the menu looks almost the same.it's designed like for a 5 year old kid.you pull out of your pocket a cracking phone but with an interface for a baby.now it looks so boring.and you can't change it via themes like you can do at samsung,at nokia and at other producers.the icons are looking as stupid as before.

It looks nice. It feels nice. It works perfect. I use the phone one week now and be honest this is a nice mobile. OK, the missing radio is a mistake but I owned many many mobiles and nothing is perfect. SE and Samsung are the best mobiles in the world, depends where you put your highlight.
This W880 is made as a Samsung, I mean made with good materials. It carry the price of a Samsung too, I mean it is far away from cheap. But it has the extreme easy to use SE software loaded on it what makes you setup and configure your phone in less as 15 min, all done e-mail included. Nice from SE. Good job

a brilliant handset, a sleek design and small and slim. all applications works awesome and very quick access from one application to another. battery life is good as well, lasted for 2 days even on bluetooth use. Sound...not as good as W850 maybe becos of small slim speaker...but its still acceptable. very poor sound on speakerphone...:( ...Overall. 8/10!!
