may i knw wad in the world is the ppl working in sony doing, sony is getting more and more lazy these day. after k800i no phone came out better than the last one look at w880 and w888 come on wads the dif wif w850i? no slider thiner ? sony should focus on more inportant matters like adding autofocus 2 3g walkman phone since w810i all walkman phone has no autofocus. no radio for w888? i mean come on Sony go see wads nokia doing. I personally like Sony but now of dayz sony geting bit bad. Sony pls wake up from the 2mp age is getting bored. here is a few sugestion for a new sony phone
- take a k800i add:
5mp cybershot
video recorder add least 640X480 or better
Fix video calling
add wifi
simple rite?????

I love this phone! Had it for 1 day now and I must say it is absolutely gorgeous.
The ipod nano simply is nothing compared to this design. If you are looking for a new phone this one should be in mind.

this fone if the best fone as ive read and compared in this site. come to think of it that this latest walkman fone is the fused features of walkman w810i and k800i.. which one of the best and latest fones of sony ericsson. am waiting for this new wlakman foen to be launched in the cebu market and am surely many of our local and foriegn pips will surely love this fone... keep up the good work sony... pee..

this phone is very nice...but its come out at a wrong time iv just bought W850i and i wanted a NON 3G video calling phone..but i ended up buying it becuase of no alternative phone of the walkman range..now this has come i wish it came abit earlier i would of bought it straight away!!! W880 rules.

i would have to say this phone seems like one out of the few fones that really meets the mark.after trying nokia i found it was slow and pretty much a useless fone..wat i look for in a phone is basically good style,good audio,good camera and a phone i wont get bored of.i had a w800i and well im sorry ERICSSON ROX nokia's n series was a major let down after that with the n72 i had so yuk...i would have to say compared to the k800i given its a great fone becuz of the spectacular camera it is a very ordinary predictable classic look.thats why i would have to go with the w880 it loooks like one of the rare fones that meet my liking becuz it is unique go for it!i would definitely save my money for it.

Just got my hands one of these today. A very nice phone it is too, a good replacement for the w810i, really. It's like having a w810i that looks better and has more features in a smaller phone. In the last year and a half or so I reckon Sony Ericsson have shown everyone else how to make handsets - great features, nice to use, and they don't look bad either.

I think this phone is a new invention.
Being smaller than 6300 with host of features including 2Mega camera and being just 71 grms this is the phone. Its lighter, thinner smaller with the same screen dimentions as 6300 Nokia. With the walkman series anytime this is the phone to go for.

i dont see anything wrong with putting a lace on this phone and wearing it on your neck. actually it's cool because you can do that to this portable phone and still be stylish.
try doing that with your nokia e60 and i think you will look like your wearing an alarm clock on your neck. on top of that hire a chiropractor coz stiff neck will come next because of your bulky, crappy and draggy phone.
