having just read the review on www.mobilereview.com this handset shows Ericsson as gone just to think about music mobiles instead of multi functions as there no a great camera an no radio an the buttons on this mobile will not impress people like me an the others so i will get the N95 for sure now,

its funny though you see nokia people posting and comparing this phone to their well loved nokia. i bet you if nokia made the same specs as this it would not be as thin and would have weighed 100 g.

If K series is all about camera & W series all about music thn whn will SE make a perfect cell wth xclnt music & camera. Nokia made N95 with 5mp & xclnt sounds. Y dont they start up a new series like A series or smthn lik dat. And who is going 2 buy dat 1.8 inch screensize phone.

It's like the shazam service (www.shazam.com) if you've ever used that, except TrackID is integrated into the phone's UI.
If you hear a song but you don't know what it is - you can use this service to record a brief snippit of the song and it then contacts a central server which can work out what it is and returns the details to your handset. Shazam costs something like 50p / ID I think - not sure what/if TrackID costs.

But if u have MONEY and doesn't wine about it, then you could have both by buying an N95. haha, also, i think SE should UPGRADE their QCIF style. right?

comon man you can request a 5mp camera on a walkman fone.. this is a walkmanfone not a cybershot.. you just cant put them together, whats the use of the name category like cybershot and walkmanfone? cybershot is 4 a great camera, walkman is 4 better sounds.
thats the way is should be.

I don't think its fair that people are complaining that this phone has no radio. Heck, for a thin phone it packs a lot of features. Many phones don't have radios, I don't see people complain.
I also think it's a fashion phone geared towards the fashion savy crowd. On top of that it has 3g and a 2 mp camera. And who needs infrared really if you have a bluetooth.

Was expecting something more exciting in this model..But SE has sticked to the 2mp camera...Design Looks cool and sleek...

It's not the slimmest, but it is the best slim.
W880 is the only slim phone that has 3G and 1GB memory.

SE could have done much better with w880, no major improvement from w800 only thin and ugli-er.SE please improve on display resolution maybe 16M, camera maybe 5MP or higher and internal memory too low for the features.Keypad is tacky,thumbs way down.
I'm keeping my w800.
