this is d best phone ve used,i ve been using it for 14month without any problem.i love it

Personal opinion, no offense.
This phone is full of problems, I DO NOT recommend everyone to buy it. I own it within 6 month and now I decided to sell it, price is going down too fast, too.
1. Camera not 3.2
2. Always reboot
3. Always off phone automatically and need to take out the battery to reset, if not it just will keep remain at the "starting" on the phone, with the red light at the back
4. Battery life LOW
5. Phone easily hot when talking phone for longer time
6. The button will scratch and the words on it will disappear
7. Always lag and hang time to time
8. Sometimes the pop-up will remain although you closed it(e.g. messages/call pop up)
In conclusion, I DO NOT recommend everyone to buy it, I FULLY REGRET to own this phone.
Again, personal opinion, no offense.

Take good care of your phone. S o that it wouldn't cause any problems. One thing though, don't over use your phone with complicated apps...this would create heavy wear & tear of your phone faster. Experiencing Hang-ups? maybe, you're using too many apps...heavily! Don't pressure your phone. Don't test your phone to the limit. simple * basic apps would mean nice to your phone. It's that simple. Those people complaining for sorts of problems...well, let's just say, you were testing the phone pressuring the phone to the limit.

this phone is really good and it contains lots of functions so i urge each and everyone to get one.Just that mine got missing in a car but I am definitely going for another one.

I have had this phone for 18 monthes...Boy am I glad to finally be able to Upgrade!!!
In 18 months, I have actually had FOUR of this phone! They tell me that they havn't had other people complain about the problems I've had...but I find it odd that every phone has the SAME thing happen everytime!
It turns itself off constantly, or the screen goes blue & it vibrates, & to get it to come back you have to press the On/Off button to get it to ''wake up''
Extremely annoying when it happens when your writing a long text message...
The case is SO thin & brittle because of it being made of Aluminium , that if you knock or drop it, theres nothing to absorb the shock, I think this means that it is bound to not last..unless you wrap it in Cotton Wool....

i had this phone for a long time but i gave it to my brother
this phone is good i assure you you should buy it it's chunky and it ccarrys alot of stuff in it

have just posted my concerns regarding this phone.
I received two swap out units of which the first swap out unit's ringtone also didn;t work. When you select the ringtone, it will play, but not when the phone actually rings. Radio also didn;t work on loudspeaker and SMS tone also not

This phone is crap.
I had the w880 and loved it very much and upgraded to the w890.
From new, out of the box, It says INACTIVE SIM and then switches itself off randomly. Sometimes 5-6 times in a row. During this time the power button doesn't work. Must remove the battery. This happens about 5 times per day and sometimes when it's only lying on the desk. I'm not even using or handling it, then it shuts down.
Software upgrade didn't work. My service provider swapped my phone out with a refurbished 2nd hand unit which did the same. Now with the 2nd swap out, looks like it's fine now.
Very disappointing.
