very goog phone for the first year,thereafter every problem arises,and the repair turn around time is 4 to 6 weeks.

I'm not against all the downside of this phone... aside from switching on/off by itself, well, going ten months with this phone... sound quality is superb! earphones are perfect. it has mega bass to brag about.

...last night, i left the phone on a mono block bench on our open roof deck -- I went downstairs to check on my other phone... suddenly without warning... it rained. I hurriedly went back upstairs to get W890i, I saw my phone all wet! Man! i said to myself... this is the end of my W890i... Luckily! i immediately, wrapped the phone with my shirt, then went checking the phone after... to my surprise?! the phone still worked
perfectly fine. oh! yeah! W890i is durable!

i am not against this phone ever!

slim babe. but switches off 4 to 6 times every day for whom i dont know. any solution plz ?

Hello,if your battery run-out fast,try turning off the 3G.You can turn it off in Menu>Options>Conectivy tab>Mobile Networks>3G/GSM Networks>Only GSM.

Worst Sony Ericsson I've had, the bettery life is pathetic and it loves switching itself off!!!!

i updated my mobile...it unwantedly switching off and switching....while im speaking on the call..from thr frony speakers..an unusual sound effect provind...can tell me solution for this please?

Terrible phone.

Phone switches on and off for no reason.

Bad experience with Sony, very dissapointed

You can update through Sony Ericsson website and download the Sony Ericssin Update Service (SEUS) program. Install it on PC and follow instructions.

my unit doesnt save pictures anymore from actual shot,can anyone tell me how to fix it,i tried already to update in the internet it has no change.
