hhhmmm..... what a good way for die-hard sony consumers, like myself,,,who just love the look of the LG-chocolate..but dont dare to purchase a LG...hahah..so sony tailored to this....lol... good one...

From the first time i saw the video of this phone, i thought it was brilliant, thin, light, excellent screen quality as always from SE! You should see this demo clip yourself: http://blog.gadgetlite.com/?p=175
I don't understand why you guys expecting a good camera phone with autofocus when clearly this is a phone from the "walkman series"?? Personally I wouldn't expect much out of the camera if i chose this phone. If you want good camera quality instead, get the k850i or wait for w960i which won't be as slick as this one!

u can always wait for w960.
it has a 3.2 mp camera with autofocus. and its a walkman.

i heard this phone is comin out in near first few weeks of sept.
dont believe read the w580 review. it mention alittle about w910 ;)

im SE K series user.(because i want a good quality camera).the company built the phone in different features.it up to their customer what they will purchase..if you want a good quality sound go to W series if you want better camera go to K series its your choice..if you want W series with a better camera i don't think so if the company will construct that phone.if ever, maybe we will wait for a long period of time..

Why are people banging on about auto focus for this phone? If u want an autofocus - buy a camera phone - this is a WALKMAN!! Wifi? Buy an N95 and have your battery run out in the space of 2 hours :).

These specs are wrong. sony says this phone won't work on HSDPA.

on the U.K. sony ericsson site, they have taken out the hearty red color from the specification and all the pictures. does that mean that they will not release it in that color?

Can anybody tell me if this cell phone has DIGITAL ZOOM while using the camera ?

The Sony Ericsson W880i had no DIGITAL ZOOM which really annoyed me. I hope this one wil have DIGITAL ZOOM.
