i have a sony ericsson w960i but i can not able to connect it with sony ericsson pc suite of any version,,
when i try to connect it,it show no phone is connected even in blutooth..pls help me i m from kolkata.mijanur rahman

im currently using this phone., it's really great phone. 8g internal and sounds good... but i cant use it or connect to youtube....

I was hunting this phone. but i wonder about the touch screen. is the touch screen often has trouble?

I am using this phone for 1.5 years now and i feel the phone is not as good as it sounds. Only the speaker clarity is good otherwise the camera, The 3g, the speed everything is not up to mark and the worst part is the msgs it take long time to open a sms in to this phone and keypad gets jammed even if one drop of water gets in to it....i would advise clear no to all who are thinking o purchase it...

The outlook of this cell is impressive and it has a good quality of sound too..!with shortcut keys.But the main error of this cell is touch.Note:And I cant detect my internal phone memory i.e.:8gb..!Thanks

My Newest phone is this one, & I difinitely have my perfect choice on a phone in this amazing Sony Ericcson W960i. It has a nicest speaker on a phone that not sounds like broken tune, it has a flash in a camera, that perpectly shots with or without using it. Its Amazing, and im very proud to be one of all the people using disame phone with mine, I might even say this that i could not ask for more.

in 2G networks you have to satisfy with GPRS. no EDGE support available in this phone.
it's 3G is namesake only. 384kbps is no 3G.

my 1st phone is err 768 ,later i have a sek618i since 07' ,which till now ,then bought a se satio 4 month ago and wanna sell it ,and now looking for this w960 ,coz i think i prefer d classical phones ,no lagging ,and no headache ,simple as it is .love se 4eva .

My problem is about the screen Touch Its very Difficult to Mark or touch small object on the screen sometimes ,But the product is very nice and kindly direct me where I can get W960i Housing to Buy Thanks

a little googling about disassembly the phone.
buy a new spare part cost me 3 dollar. the rest, i do it myself. and my phone like brand new again :D

pls help because my se w960i have a problem in charging system. i have a new battery. even my phone place a charger the battery bar was increase but if i disengaged my charger my battery charge was down to critical 10% battery charge ppls help to fix my phone ty.... god bless

try to clean the contacts of your touch screen via the contacts of the touch screen itself and the main board contacts (go to youtube.com for video disassembly tutorial)...you may clean it with cotton buds moistened with lacquer thinner.

you could either do a master reset or format internal drive but make sure you back up your pohne data first...if these fail, reinstall or get the latest firmware via SEUS

I have proble for touch pad.
Some time it not operated.
touch will be in the bottom of sceen is operated so some body help for that.
