The phone has freeze problems. It suddenly shut when on the phone or listening to music. Freeze a lot, remove battery and works again. I have latest Firmware.. ><

I've had this phone for about 3months now
Pros......
The in-ear stereo quality is quite good
Beautiful design, i love the light effects and the feel of it in my hand
I love Music Mate and almost everything in the music department
Cons.........
What the manufacturer conveniently neglects to state about the Fm transmitter (one of the most important reasons i bought this phone) is that it is not usable in some countries(I'm from Trinidad)
I wish that i could Cue songs in the Walkman player to make a list of songs i want to here in succession
I expected more from the speakers on the outside, they are ExTrEmElY!!! weak, i was very very disappointed
In conclusion, I fell in love with this phone because of how stylist it is, and i was saddened that the music department didn't holistically meeting my needs

I equip very weak, cam 3.2 with terrible quality, and it is very slowly, here in Brazil the value is u$500, it is not worthwhile

Replying to the person who has problems with the phone and has the latest firm ware. . .try up dating your media every week den it wont freeze . And wen you turn it on wait two min before you use it like alot. And Ya that should solve problems

I've had this phone for more than a year now and i am still totally satisfied! This phone has features that i didn't even know could exist in a mobile phone.. The stereo speakers are not really what i expected, but apart from that this is one awesome phone!

i got the phone when i knew nothing about it. i didn't like it at first cos i was really attached to my old fone the w580i. but with time i think i am loving this one more. it really is cool. very cool. and help me thank my boo for getting it for me.

Unfortunately no one tell even a short note about the stereo speakers of w980, i really need to know about their quality & loudness especially in comparison to w595 please reply in full details as i hesitated to buy this phone when i read a review said that the speakers have bad quality i really confused .please reply in details

great phone... the only sony phone that hv fm transmiter..can play song tat in ur phone via hi-fi car radio... nice job sony... a successful phone.. but the camera wasnt good enough... but for ppl that love music, this is a nice hp

heeeeey alll.......this phone really is fantastic...it was like a dream of me....its loook is unique and marvellous with the piano black color.....but the only demerit is the camera place and no zoom in no autofocus no flash......so bad camera but every thing other is the best ever......thxxxx SE 4 this version w980..it rocks......
