S*T*U*P*I*D it doesnt need a cardslot because it's internal memory is already 8Gb and you won't need a Wifi for this phone because this phone is built for music...and who needs Wifi heller i have a computer in my house...

it looks better than any motorola razor series (whose keypad surface paint & numbers doesn"t last long) .very nice look & colors. a 2.2 inch screen ,8 gb memory enough,seems 2b better than w960 too.but has no flash,or led ,but overall ,a perfect combination of mp3 player ,cameraphone gadget. but what about the price ??? will it b expensive as the w960 or higher? once again, to the vikings/samourai team ,WELL DONE!!!,cheers .....

I just dun understand why so many ppl concern about the loudness of the speakers, it's not like there's any quality to be talked about, just think about the piercing sound from it makes me sick, ew.....

i wish they atless make a memory card slot for storing pictures. if something wrong with the phone..all the pictures will be gone....

finally a clampshell phone. After coming out either with a bar type phone or a slider by all the major cellphone maker.

This phone looks amazing. I've been abolutely dying for SE to bring out a flip phone, and this one looks really cool.
The only thing I don't like, is that it has no card slot. I can't make up my mind between heter to wait for this one, or for the w380! I just love flip up phones, so I desperately want one.

The phone features a new sound rendering technology inherited from Japan (Clear Stereo & Bass Technology ) i would like to see GSMArena making a detailed review on the feature as well as a more decent RMA test on the sound quality of the W980. This is SE's best music solution mobile so far (Feature/Technology wise) with W960 beating it only with a better implemented music player.
